The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the hotel was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it made our trip even more special.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. They recommended and booked a river cruise for us which was a highlight. Then, at the end of our trip my husband got food poisoning and we needed to delay traveling until he felt better. they found us a room to stay another night, at a low rate and made the switch as easy for us as possible.

Cons:

If I returned to Porto I might chose a location further from the tourist center.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits au Torel Palace Porto et l’expérience a été remarquable du début à la fin. L’accueil est chaleureux, avec des conseils de visite en français qui font toute la différence pour profiter pleinement de la ville.
L’hôtel a un charme indéniable, mêlant élégance et authenticité, et sa localisation est tout simplement idéale pour découvrir Porto à pied.
Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, varié et de grande qualité, servi par une équipe attentive et aux petits soins.
