Отдых по королевски !
Pros:

В этом отеле прекрасно все ! Расположение , персонал, белье , кухня . Все номера тематически оформлены . Хочется рассматривать каждую деталь ! Нам сделали апгрейд и поселили в прекрасный номер . Очень необычно выглядел куб из зеркал в центре номера , в котором располагался санузел . Поражает высота потолков и сами потолки - произведение искусства . Персонал очень дружелюбен ! В такие места хочется возвращаться !

Loved our stay!!!!
Pros:

Everything! Location, room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner at Blind restaurant was exquisite. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom needed better and brighter lighting with a bit more counter space.

Pros:

Characterfull and authenticity! Very nice breakfast! Nice pool jut pity it was not heated ( but ok because beginning of March! 😉)

Cons:

Pity that the Blind Michelin starred resto was closed just onbthe 2 nights of our stay

A perfect stay in Porto at Torel Palace Hotel
Pros:

This is yet another review that tells you to stop searching and stay at this hotel. It’s small and intimate with perfect service that makes you feel welcome. More importantly the staff treat you like a friend whom they care about and whether you are enjoying yourself. As stated in many other posts the breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are large and beautiful albeit with the quirky bathrooms.

Excellent Customer service
Pros:

This hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, breakfast is well thought out and offers lots of fresh options - I really enjoyed the green juice. But what I liked the most but was how a problem out their control was handled. The last full day of my stay the heating and AC system went down. And it happened that they needed to open the floor in front of my room. The guests were supposed to get a message that this work was going to be happening- but for some reason I didn't get a message. Jet leg had set in and I needed a nap. After some miscommunication, and when it became clear that the problem would take hours into the evening to finish the manager came to find me and understand what had transpired. I truly believe it's not what happens, but what management does in these situations that leaves a lasting impression. And Ricardo left a positive lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel, and the next time I'm in Porto I will stay here again.- and I highly recommend room 19 in particular. Also try a mocha in the coffee and patisserie- you wont be sorry.
