A well presented city centre hotel. Ideal for a short visit.
Pros:

Good location. Able to walk easily to the main areas. Nice clean room. Staff excellent offering friendly efficient service. Looked after our car very well.

Cons:

This is a small city centre hotel so it lacks facilities. In particular there is no where to sit outside, no pool area so it is quite limited and only suitable for a short stay.

Hôtel superbe, peut être pas au niveau des 5 étoiles français.
Pros:

Bâtiment incroyable, situation géographique idéale. Personnel gentil et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est magnifique!!

Great place with a phantastic crew
Pros:

The place is great and I really enjoyed the amenities especially the very nice breakfast. But the most important is the people working there . They were super welcoming and always helpful . Please keep this attitude, which is rare to find and highly appreciated.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Great central location, big spacious rooms, and a very attentive and nice team. Breakfast was amazing too.
They also took extra steps to be welcoming to our child—a special touch that meant a lot to us.
The only downside for us was the pool; while you can totally go in, it is a bit more for decoration, but we didn't miss it on our visit to Porto. There are many pools and beaches to go to.

Great staff and service. Classy hotel.
Pros:

Absolutely lovely time. Hotel is well located in Porto, very stylish and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, knowledgeable and polite. They arranged a pick up from the airport for us and can highly recommend the experience at the Blind restaurant. The food there was truly superb as was the service and worth the cost. Exceptional experience.

Perfect Hotel for Exploring Porto
Pros:

Torel Palace Porto was a wonderful stay in the heart of the city. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore everything Porto has to offer. The staff were welcoming, engaging, and incredibly attentive throughout our visit. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the overall experience was excellent. I would happily stay here again on a future trip to Porto.
