Very very disappointing. No one reverted to our WhatsApp.
Cons:

Horrible stay at Z hotel. Toilet was filled with sewage smell and Aircon was blowing molding smell. Informed staff n all they did was spraying air freshener into the air con n toilet n n the smell was so strong! They changed another room but it was filled with strong cigarette smell. Staff did nothing.

Will stay again, if i am travellig alone
Pros:

I travelled alone and loved this place as it was close to little India (walking distance) and i was able to meet up with my family from JB and Singapore easily from this location.

Pros:

The location is great as always near a lot of food spots and the checkpoint. The rooms and AC are always clean and good. And the staff is ever friendly~

A comfortable & relaxing stay, will be back again
Pros:

Location, within walking distance from City Square Mall and to Hua Mui coffee shop/ Hiap Joo Bakery

Staff were polite, efficient & welcoming
Ample hanging space

Spacious & Quiet Room facing Sultan palace & also partial sea view

Cons:

Nothing in particular except bathroom door not able to close tightly resulting in water seeping through & wet the bathroom
