Friendly service. Room well updated. Great location.

School holidays family stay, room condition is good, staff and security guards providing great service. Consider highly secure hotel.

Front staff should be more friendlier.

Fire extinguiser very old and dusty. Not sure if working or not.

Family Room is spacious with 1 double & 1 single bed. Location is walking distance to CIQ, shopping malls and many eateries.
No towels and only 1 set of shampoo & bath gel for 3 pax when we checked in. So we have to request for them.

There was a power outage for an hour in the morning and no information was communicated to the guests. Lifts were not working during the power outage which made it difficult for guests staying on higher floors to leave the hotel. No compensation was offered.

Air-conditioning is not well maintained and does not function well which could explain the need for ceiling fans in the rooms. Carpeted floors are not clean. Room and shower amenities are basic but suffices.

All said, one can argue it is acceptable for the price point of this property.

Very nice & modern hotel with a pretty comfy bed ! However the toilet had a few flies and was abit rusty. The aircon isn’t that cold but there’s a fan to make up for it.
Amenities such as dental kit and shower gel were provided which is great 👌
Lastly, at night it can be very noisy due to poor soundproofing. There’s a police station opposite and the siren kept ringing non stop 😔😔

Room is well-equipped for short stay. Overall very clean. Bidet spoiled and not replaced. Informed counter staff.

The hotel is clean, lobby small but clean and greeny outside the sitting area and of course the staffs are helpful.
Celebrated the New Year Eve with husband and got a free upgrade room. Thank you so much.

A decent hotel, facing Pasar Karat. The room is clean, fresh, comfortable bed and pillow. Definitely will come back again. Thank you for the nice room #2011.

This is my third stay at the Z Hotel, and unfortunately, it has been the most disappointing one thus far. I booked a triple room, and initially, everything seemed to be in order. However, I encountered a significant issue when the air conditioner in the room began leaking badly. I promptly contacted the front desk, and a technician was dispatched to inspect the problem. Despite his efforts, the air conditioner started leaking again just three hours later.

Given the inability to resolve the issue, I decided to request a change of room. Upon moving to the new room, I discovered that the refrigerator was not functioning properly, and there was a cup containing rotten fruits inside. To my dismay, the toilet, although clean, emitted an unpleasant odor. Consequently, I had to request another room change.

I must express my profound disappointment with the situation. As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel offered me a complimentary late checkout at 2 p.m. However, it is worth noting that most hotels routinely provide a late checkout until 2 p.m. if they are not fully booked.

기대 안하고 갔는데 생각보다 만족했어요
가성비 최고라고 생각합니다 방음이 안돼서 복도 소리가 들리긴 하는데 혼자 머물러서 딱히 아무런 문제 없었구요 안좋은 리뷰 많아서 걱정했는데 넘 만족하고 지내고 가요

The blanket covers are disgusting.. it's like every customer in the last couple of months sharing the same cover! It's wrong to try save laundry cost in view the room charges are already on the higher side. 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒

the hotel is in a very good location the staffs are very friendly and professional the hotel and the room are spotless it’s in a very lively place plenty eateries when i am back to johor i would love to stay here again it’s lovely thanks the whole Z team they make our holidays a special one Thanks Mr Diep

My friends and I had a 1-night stay. The rooms were great especially the 2-bedroom suite. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Great location, nice staffs. Liked the design of the room and the location is superb. They dont give breakfast but you can walk for 5 mins to Jl. Dhoby which is full of local delicacy, which is very nice.

The downside is there is a night market just opposite of the hotel and the noise is very very loud and disturbing. I dont know if it is all year round but I went during Ramadan and there was loud chanting sound until 2am.
