Pros:

Excellent people and very good hospitality, property is uniquely located on the Ariau river. Stay was reasonable and family friendly activities.

O hotel é simples, mas com características de construção locais - madeira - o que propicia uma experiência típica. Muito limpo, bem arrumado, comida excelente (R$ 50,00/pessoa/refeição). O atendimento é diferencial, todos muito prestativos e educados. Preços de bebida igual manaus (sabe-se que aqui tudo é mais caro). Área de lazer boa, piscina pequena e faz falta tomar banho de rio (mas dizem que os jcarés podem não gostar) e de uma praia, mas pode-se fazer passeios de barco para isso. Altamente recomendo.

Pros:

Tive um problema referente ao hotel ter alimentação inclusa e na primeira noite foram conversar comigo umas cinco vezes referente a isso.
- Primeiro quarto que eu fiquei, o ar vazava água até a cama;
- Chuveiro não esquenta;
- Quarto de madeira com rachadura que possibilita a entrada de bichos;
- Café da manhã bem simples com uma opção suco natural, uma opção de fruta e uma de pão. Sem água ou Danone. Café simples porem ok;
- Arrumação do quarto não foi feita;
- Instalações precárias e desarrumadas;
- Estacionamento na verdade não tem, é um espaço da estrada de terra que você deixa o carro perto do rio;
- Staff educada;
- Passeios são bons;

Retornei antes porque nao gostei do hotel. Precisa melhorar muito na questão de instalações, cuidado com área e comida
