I chose this hotel as advertised as "one mile from the city center" on the strength of its proximity to downtown. It turned out that it was some 10 miles away from the city. Upon inquiry the front desk staff just told us to "ask Expedia." So we called the customer service of the Hotels.com. After one-hour conversation, all the service rep could tell us was "we've been trying to contact the hotel but it doesn't take our call. Why don't you cancel the current reservation and book another one on our website?" We were too tired to do so after the long journey, so we checked in. But the inconvenient location of the hotel completely spoiled our travel plan. The customer service sent me a few emails, promising to get back to us within 48 hours, but it never did. The hotel was otherwise acceptable, but the terrible experience caused by the false advertisement simply cancel out everything else.

트윈배드룸타입이였는데 방이 두개 별도 되어있었고, 화장실도 2개로 편했습니다.

다만 냉장고가 없었고(스캔하여 로봇서비스), 겍실 내 영어 번역이 없어서 중국어를 몰라서 좀 어려웠습니다.

추가로 조식은 괜찮았고, 알리바바 a타운과 매우 근접하며 인근에 식당 많이 있습니다.

It’s clean, facilities and amenities are modern and advance, although not state of the art yet. Staff are friendly. Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am

Great stay in Hangzhou after changing 3-4 different hotels

Excellent stay. Nice room. Very good breakfast. Very clean. Will definitely stay there again.

今までに宿泊したことのないタイプのホテルです。
快適でした。
但し、HOTELS.COMの地図の場所が違う。

깨끗한 내부와 현대식 시스템을 갖춤. 단지 서호에서 택시비 100위안거리가 아쉬움.

很好的酒店，有机器人送水到房间。

Love the design, cleanliness, and location

這是一次印象深刻的住宿體驗。房間本身的寬敞舒適及設計感已在水準之上，智能設備的即時性及趣味性又大大加分。服務人員雖然較少，但親切熱情及專業程度毫不遜色。餐廳的手藝不錯。位置雖不在鬧區，但週邊的街區及親橙里購物中心可以滿足餐飲購物及娛樂的需求。整體來說是我樂意推薦的選擇。

If you are not Chinese citizen or long-term resident, you don't get to enjoy much. Self-checkin is only for guests with a Cinese ID card, so foreigners need to br checkedbin manually, and they do not even have a piece of paper to give you for the room # or wifi pass. If you are a foreigner, again, you don't get to use Alipay, so you cannot use vending mac/ine, you cannot order roomservice etc. I don't speak Chinese, and the smart speaker in the room only understand Cinese.
Face recognition key was convenient, but nothing notable. Nowadays, the China government is restricting foreigners w/o Cinese bank account to use mobile paymebt apps, so this place is not for visitors. Self check in was more efficient at CitizenM than here. Without Alipay, again, you don't get to enjoy the nearby shopping mall either.
Besides those, breakfast was very very good.

Amazing stay ( 22/8/2019) to explore the technology and the comfort level is beyond and above the similar ranking hotel.
I want to praise the lady officer who helped me to search & book restaurant in Hangzhou city, ordered the taxi service to send us there, even monitored the restaurant booking status and willing to update me via her WeChat. Obviously, it’s not a robotic environment when you need human touch. The officers ( including one more senior gentleman, her superior, I guess) were there to assist to meet my needs, it’s beyond their hotel provision but they gave me the good impression about the hospitality and feel good. Thanks you, you know who you are.

The robot for coffee and cocktail is cool.
