Pros:

Siamo un gruppo di 4 amici arrivati dalla Sardegna per un biketrip e abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a fine giugno; non possiamo che spendere parole di assoluto elogio. È stata un'esperienza impeccabile dall'inizio alla fine.
La posizione è semplicemente strategica, l'hotel si trova in un punto ideale, comodissimo sia per raggiungere le principali attrazioni, sia per l'accesso diretto alle piste da sci e ai percorsi da MTB.
Il vero valore aggiunto della struttura è però lo staff. Definire il personale "superlativo" è quasi riduttivo, dal check-in al check-out, ogni singolo membro del team si è dimostrato straordinariamente accogliente, professionale e attento a ogni minimo dettaglio.
Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa.
Torneremo sicuramente anche in inverno!

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con la nostra nipote di 10 anni.
Posizione centrale, non abbiamo usato l'auto per tutta la settimana.
Ambiente pulito e ordinato, cucina e sala con personale super, un grazie a Gianluca e Nancy sempre pronti ad aiutare e a tutto lo staf.
I propietari fra hotel e malga ci mettono il cuore perchè sia tutto perfetto.

Al momento della prenotazione, c'era solo una camera tripla per uso singolo disponibile, la quale ho prenotato, ma la camera che mi e stata assegnata era una doppia -non che mi servisse una camera piu grande, ma mi e stato comunque messo in conto il prezzo della tripla...

Staff super accogliente, struttura molto bella a due passi dalle cabinovie e dal centro. Organizzano tante uscite e passeggiate anche per i bambini e sono davvero tutti molto disponibili

I had a mixed experience staying here. While the location was great, the sound isolation is unfortunately very poor. I found it very difficult to get the rest I needed as I could hear almost everything from the neighboring units/street
