None of the tv’s work in the past 3 rooms I’ve stayed in.
D I dn t get a chance to use your facilities. I was told at the front desk that even though I requested a mobility assessible room (and it was on the website I used) I couldn't have one because you don't have any. Not that you didn't have any "available" but that you didn't have any! I believe that is illegal, isn't it? We left & went somewhere else. Won't be excited to use Baymont in the future!

Dirty rooms, phones don't work, rooms smell like Marijuana, the front young man / staff was in poorly condition. Red eyes all around his face, sickly. He complained about getting us different room. Do not stay here.
Worst hotel ever. The room was dirty, very old bathroom and gross tub.
Such a mistake staying here.
The location was perfect for what we needed traveling cross-country. The room was extremely quiet being as close as it was to the freeway. Gas station across the street was helpful.

NOT impressed at all, the place is old and in serious need of improvements ! Toilet rocked, lavatory faucet loose, back up lock on the door was broken, in a rough area
Die Zimmer sind ziemlich abgewohnt, z. B. Brandflecken in der Couch. Als Schlafsofa ist es keineswegs nutzbar, da man jede Metallstrebe im Rücken spürt. Das Bett dagegen war okay.

The room could have been cleaner. Broken furniture should be replaced.
The staff was most helpful and friendly! I left my overnight bag in the breakfast area when I checked out. A staff member called me and they very kindly copied pages of my calendar for me and then had my bag delivered. All interactions were polite, professional and above and beyond helpful! I was very happy with my stay and my interactions with staff.
Bed was comfortable
The smell and the drawers wouldn’t stay in the dresser it smelled like weed in lobby bad

We attempted to check in around midnight. It was an online booking later in the evening because we were close to the middle-point of a road trip. Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one at the desk. We called out in the lobby and even called the hotel phone several times but we never could never get anyone to the desk for check in. We did notice while waiting their card machine was out of order. They had signs posted that the ice machine was out of order. In the breakfast area had a sign on the waffle makers that they were out of order as well. We had to book with another hotel for the night as we never saw any staff to get checked in.
