Pros:

大浴場のレイアウトがうまく設計されていて良かった。

Good location

Cons:

One of the guests smoked during my stay and the entire floor smelled of cigarette. The staff couldn’t knock on the guest door to stop him from smoking. Unsure how they’re handled it in the end.

越後湯沢雪の花への旅
Pros:

接客応対は最高
最上階の浴室と浴室後の休みばはくつろげた

Cons:

ロープウェイから街並みを見ようと思ったら5月迄中止だった。前回宿泊と同じく2日目が雨で越後湯沢は雨に出合う街で残念。（トンネルを抜けると雨だった。）

Nice envirnoment and service
Pros:

This is the second time I stay in this hotel although I think it is a little but expensive as the location is really convenience and the service is good. Also, the hot spring is really good for my skin. My skin (sometime I have rashes) is more stable.

And this time, I was injuried during my snowboarding. They showed their care and proactively ask if I need help.

Will definitely go again.

Best of Yuzawa
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, unique as it’s shoes-free, and homely as we walk around barefooted or in socks. Love the ambience and how zen the how place is. Plenty of food options at doorstep, 5 mins drive to gala yuwaza gondola.

Cons:

Still traditional in the tattoo policies for sharing onsen. Breakfast menu doesn’t change, and we stayed for 5 nights so every morning was the same food sobs.
