I wanna say it looks like a nice play but I didn't get to stay

Well when I got there they told me I was moved to the holiday Inn, "completely paid for" which it was not i ended up having to pay even more then my origanal booked room for somthing that was not nearly as nice and they didnt say anything, not a text or a call or even a email to let mw know they didn't have a room for me instead I drove 7 hours to get moved to a lesser hotel and had to pay more even tho I booked my hotel 2 almost 3 months in advance, oh and the lady at the desk was entirely to rude when dealing with customers

Pros:

Staff was excellent. Our TV was not working and Liz went above and beyond to try to get it going. She called iT and they couldn't get it going either.
Also the young lady that was taking care of the breakfast was the best! She kept everything stocked and clean!

Cons:

The price was a little high for the weekend.

Excellent experience
Pros:

Hotel was very nice and clean. They even had an outside fire pit with sitting arrangements to sit around the fire. And a Weber grill so you can Grill up your food. The staff was very accommodating. I would definitely go again.
