Love how close to downtown locations.
The elevator jerks quite a bit when stopping.
Front desk staff tried to be helpful
Location. Surrounded by homeless people. Parking lot was full of them. Torn curtains in the room. Air conditioner bately worked. Fridge was unplugged and full of water. Bathroom had no plug for tub or sink. 1 facecloth.
The rooms were very dated. The room service did not change out the towels and bedding every day. And the air conditioner hardly kept up. These things will need to be addressed.
Most everything and it should be $65/ might for that outdated place.
We booked a hotel that looked nice online. When we arrived, we were in a slum neighbourhood with street people asking us for money and cigarettes. The hotel interior was absolutely filthy, and the room no different. They granted us a different room, and it was no better. The water in the bathroom would not even work. The front-desk receptionist told us we could receive a complete refund, but it never happened. We will never use Travelodge again.
My brother left a Bluetooth speaker in the room they said they would have it at the front desk for pickup they never did they gave me somebody else's pillow what I was looking for was a Bluetooth speaker. I tried for a whole week to get a hold of them nobody would answer the f****** phone. Nobody seems to know what's going on. This is unacceptable
The bed was clean and confortable.
Staff were helpful and good.
Parking was s security concern. The bathroom tub in the room I stayed was not properly clean as it was slippery and caused a fall. Bed linens not great.
