The worst hotel stay for us ever.
Cons:

We booked a hotel that looked nice online. When we arrived, we were in a slum neighbourhood with street people asking us for money and cigarettes. The hotel interior was absolutely filthy, and the room no different. They granted us a different room, and it was no better. The water in the bathroom would not even work. The front-desk receptionist told us we could receive a complete refund, but it never happened. We will never use Travelodge again.

Cons:

My brother left a Bluetooth speaker in the room they said they would have it at the front desk for pickup they never did they gave me somebody else's pillow what I was looking for was a Bluetooth speaker. I tried for a whole week to get a hold of them nobody would answer the f****** phone. Nobody seems to know what's going on. This is unacceptable

Fair. It was relatively quite
Pros:

Staff were helpful and good.

Cons:

Parking was s security concern. The bathroom tub in the room I stayed was not properly clean as it was slippery and caused a fall. Bed linens not great.
