UM CONVITE AO RETORNO
Pros:

Quanto ao Letiva Arco, ressalto positivamente os seguintes aspectos:
1. Localização perfeita, próximo à área de lazer e gastronômica do "Arco" e de fácil acesso aos diversos bairros da cidade.
2. Estrutura dos apartamentos, com bastante espaço e disponibilidade de equipamentos.
3. Atendimento cordial por todos os funcionários, na recepção, limpeza e refeitório.
4. Qualidade do Café da manhã.
Como sugestão de melhoria, cito:
1. Implantação de automação dos portões do estacionamento, atualmente dependentes de abertura/fechamento manual.
2. Limpeza diária dos apartamentos, independente de solicitação do hóspede.
3. Ampliação do horário para o Café a Manhã.
