Bed and pillows were comfy. Elevators were nice in that they were smooth and not jerky at all. In room fridge cooled our drinks quickly.
Toilet ran in our room, had to get up to jiggle the handle. Air conditioner didn't cool as well as I think it should. There was a small dead bug in the corner of the bathroom. Would be a better deal if you served a free continental breakfast.
Location was good for our ballgame weekend !
Did not like waking up in the morning & going into the bathroom w/ water all over the floor due to it leaking from light fixture in the ceiling !! Due to 2nd floor running water over or something ! Had to clean up prior to getting ready to check out , not to mention worrying about shock or getting electrocuted !!
The hotel and my stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed the black out shades and, staying on 4, allowed for a very quiet experience.
The entire facility was excellent.
The way your hotel was described online was misleading. No spa, no salt pool.
This needs to be corrected immediately.
I loved the layout of the room. I like how clean it was and the space was good for the price. Very nice front desk worker as well.
Only thing I didn’t like was breakfast didn’t come with the room complimentary.

The bed/mattress was fantastic! Soooooo comfortable
I didn’t like that you had to pay for a breakfast and even a pop, water or milk. There wasn’t a complimentary anything. There was a keurig machine in the room along with 3 coffee tubs, 1 tea tub and 2 creamers, but I had to go downstairs to ask for extra cups.
I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. Everything else was very good to excellent. The bar tender was an exceptional employee. She made sure we were totally satisfy with our drinks, did we want them this way or that, if you’re not sure about the choice of wine here’s a small taste. She was also very funny. Wonderful young lady.
Just having a breakfast of some sort included. Typically a buffet.
