Eines der charmantesten Hotels auf unserer Reise in Sizilien.
Pros:

Das herzliche Personal, die schönen Zimmer (wir waren zweimal Gäste in diesem Haus), die sehr gute Lage und der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.
Ein charmantes Hotel an bester Lage in dieser zauberhaften Stadt. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Mariza! So herzlich wird man nicht überall begrüsst. Und hilfsbereit durch und durch.

Cons:

Alles war prima. Das Hotel hat Zimmer in verschiedenen Häusern. Aufzüge erleichtern das Koffertragen.
Der Frühstücksraum im Kellergewölbe ist etwas dunkel, das Frühstück aber klein und fein.

Très bel hôtel au pied de Raguse Ibla et une chambre particulièrement adaptée pour une famille avec enfants. Tout le confort nécessaire ainsi qu'une disponibilité et une gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel pour le petit déjeuner, le transport des bagages depuis le parking en contre-bas. Hôtel parfait pour découvrir Raguse.

Cons:

Rien peut-être la surprise d'avoir une chambre en face de l'hôtel ce qui nécessite juste de traverser la rue pour rejoindre la réception et le petit déjeuner.

Pros:

We arrived quite late, yet we were welcomed with a warm smile. The hotel has very convenient public parking nearby, and parking in the white boxes is free everywhere. You can access the hotel easily by lift or by climbing the outside stairs.
Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The receptionist was extremely helpful and assisted us in finding an open restaurant late in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the restaurant itself was lovely, featuring charming old stone décor. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten my purse and another item in the room. The staff kindly sent me a message and kept everything safely at reception for me to collect. They are truly genuine and honest people.
