La camera era impeccabile: pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort per rendere il soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante.
Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre cortese, professionale e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso.
La posizione è perfetta, nel cuore di Ragusa Ibla, ideale per visitare il centro storico e raggiungere comodamente le principali attrazioni a piedi. Molto comoda anche la presenza di un parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze.
La colazione è ricca e abbondante, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, tutti di ottima qualità.
Un hotel che consiglio senza esitazione a chi desidera soggiornare a Ragusa Ibla con il massimo del comfort. Tornerò sicuramente!

Pros:

Everything was perfect, the lady at the reception was so welcoming and friendly with us. The family room was perfect for a family of 4. Very comfortable beds and clean room. Location was perfect and we loved the breakfast too.

Breakfast was amazing and worth it, location was nice and close to centre. Staff were friendly and professional.

Location was central, however one should be aware that it if one wants to visit Ragusa Superiore its a good 25-35 mins walk uphill or a bus trip.

Un trésor, tout simplement
Pros:

Que dire... cet endroit était magique ! De l'accueil à la beauté du lieu en passant par l'incroyable petit déjeuner et l'emplacement parfait (à mi chemin entre Ragusa Superiore et Ibla), nous nous sommes sentis comme dans un parfait cocon. Nous avons extrêmement bien dormi car les chambres sont parfaitement insonorisées et le lieu propice au calme.

Cons:

Rien du tout, et c'est assez rare pour être signalé. Tout était parfait.
