I would go back to Ragusa just to stay here again.
Pros:

10/10 the Itria Palace was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

No on site parking but a public lot is directly behind and connected to the hotel. If you arrive after 5:00pm, parking will likely be limited or unavailable.

Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Convenient, comfortable, quiet, great location to explore the city, big convenient parking space next door. The ladies at front desk were very kind and welcoming. We also enjoyed a good dinner at the hotel restaurant on our 2nd night.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was a bit basic.

Pros:

Todo estuvo muy bien nos hicieron un up grade y la habitacion era comodisima con una esplendida vista La amabilidad de Alessandra, tal vez no es tan centrico pero andando se llega perfecto al centro historico el desayuno muy completo .
