Perfect place close to some of the best attractions Tbilisi has to offer
Pros:

Absolutely everything. The location was perfect. Marina was an amazing hostess who went out of her way to help us and cater for us. Breakfast which was simple and delicious was prepared daily as we walked in to the dining room

Pros:

This is one of a kind place with Marine giving a 'soul' to the overall stay.
Excellent location in old Tblisi just a stone away from the main attractions - I had a few tours booked and the starting point was always nearby. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Walls are quite thin and you can hear the other guests in their room or while spending time in the yard

Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location. Two streets away you're in the old city center. The room was small but clean. Most importantly, the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was very good and filling. The hotel owner helped me with everything; she was very helpful with both early check-in and luggage storage. As a solo traveler, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Pros:

Хорошее местоположение, добрая хозяйка, уютный дворик. Затеряно в переулках рядом с людной улицей, на которой есть круглосуточные кафе. Надо войти в калитку в воротах, слева от ворот вывеска с названием.. Номер очень простой, небольшой, чистый, узкие кровати, рабочее место пришлось создать, внеся столик с террасы. Тихо, спокойно, надежно, очень доброжелательно. Завтрак в любое время, когда попросишь хозяйку, простой: вареное яйцо, йогурт, вкусная ветчина, плавленый сыр, чай и растворимый кофе и др.

A lovely place in the heart of old Tbilisi.
Pros:

Only on the spot we realized how great the hotel's location in the middle of the old part of Tbilisi surrounded by lovely streets and small churches. The hosts tried to solve all our problems and were very kind and helpful. The place had a heartwarming atmosphere. :)

Cons:

I hadn't realized earlier that there isn't a lift in the hotel. But it was my fault as it is advertised on their site.

Perfect location for exploring old town Tblisi!

Mariam was amazing, excellent host, fantastic breakfast, and a fountain of local information! The location was perfect for exploring old town Tblisi and we would highly recommend this property. She even did our laundry!!

Kvalitní ubytování v dobré lokalitě
Pros:

Velice dobrá lokalita ve starém městě, kousek od centrální části i řeky, avšak již bokem mimo rušné ulice, snídaně dostatečná a velice chutná (většinou bezmasá), využil jsem na více dní ke své spokojenosti; možnost posezení v klidu na vnitřní terase, velice příjemní a vstřícní majitelé. Doporučil bych ubytování pro ty, co nepotřebují zaparkovat auto (obecně pro celé Staré město) - úzké uličky, omezené parkovací místo

Cons:

Vinný sklep byl v době mého pobytu teprve ve fázi rekonstrukce, takže jsem jej nevyužil. Na pokoji ani na chodbě není lednice ani konvička na čaj/kafe - stálo by to za doplnění
