I stayed here as part of a relocation scouting trip. It worked very well as a base to explore Tbilisi more deeply. The location made it easy to balance sightseeing and daily life.

What I liked

Great location. It was easy to walk around the city and access daily necessities at the same time.

Stable Wi-Fi, which was important for research and planning during my stay.

The bathroom and overall space were clean and comfortable.

Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so eating out was easy and convenient.

Very nice property in the center of Old Tbilisi
Pros:

Very nice property located in the central part of Old Tbilisi, yet in a quiet street, so no car noises or people yelling. All the major attractions are within walking distance.
The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi was very fast.
The breakfast was excellent, complemented by delicious pastries freshly baked by the owner, whose hospitality was truly exceptional.

The hotel is located in the central part of Old Tbilisi, yet in a quiet street, so no car noises or people yelling. The room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The whole hotel is very well designed and taken care of (family owned).

We had breakfast included, and it was nice.

The hosts were very kind and we really enjoyed our stay.

All the major attractions are within walking distance. The metro station is also not far away.

My stay at Mariam R was the perfect way to end a trip on a high and I am so very grateful for all that she did for me!
Pros:

Mariam R was my saving grace in Tbilisi. Because the 2 other places I stayed in did not measure up for me I was worried about Mariam R so I only booked one night to correct the mistake I made with the other 2 places. But my fears were quickly put rest at Mariam R. I booked 3 more nights to finish my trip there.

All the glowing reviews I read were soooo true! Mariam was so very kind and helpful. She went way beyond and above to make sure that I had anything that I could need. She even wouldn’t take no for an answer and got up in the middle of the night just to call me a taxi to the airport.

I cannot say enough about how well I was treated by Mariam which made the end of my stay in Georgia truly a memorable one! There is no better place to stay for a feeling of being at home than Mariam R in Tbilisi.
