We had a wonderful 4-day stay in Tbilisi! The hotel is in a perfect location—very central and convenient for exploring the city, yet remarkably quiet and peaceful at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. A special thanks to our host, Marina, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended, and we would gladly return!

A truly exceptional experience
Pros:

Marina went over and above for me, in that I lost my bag and my front crown broke off while staying at her hotel. She recovered my bag in a very short time by making numerous phone calls and she got me a dental appointment the following day with a wonderful dental group. I cannot give an enough praise and thanks to marina and mariam-r hotel. Kathleen

A fine, simple, central small hotel in the centre of the city offering good service and good value.
Pros:

Excellent, central location in the heart of the old town. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and activities, and prepared simple but nourishing breakfasts for us. Our room was small but comfortable and the AC worked well to cool us off after hot days walking in the city.

Cons:

Only complaint, through no fault of the hotel was the smell of cigarette smoke when we had the window open to let in fresh air.

Incredible place to stay in Tbilisi
Pros:

We had such an absolutely wonderful stay here! The hostess is beyond kind, making sure we had everything we needed and sharing stories. I really can't imagine a better spot to stay in Tbilisi. The location is really great, just a block off a main street and incredibly quiet. Almost all of the major sites are within walking distance, which is great for tours. Even our cab driver from the airport told us it was the best location in the city. The beds were really comfortable, the room was cozy and had everything we needed.

Great stay.
Pros:

So friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed. Perfect location. Breakfast was simple but delicious and even provided an hour earlier due to leaving early on the final day.

Hotel with Heart
Pros:

Very welcoming, well located, quiet yet central, my stay here was perfect. I had a single room which was on the small side but very clean with good facilities.
And the owner was so helpful and kind as I wilted in the heat.
Highly recommended.

Cons:

Single room was bijou-sized but big enough for the purpose.
