Great experience for a reasonably priced hotel. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Best value for money. Very accommodating staff. Willie was a great guide and helped us plan our trip. Parking was first come first served but there were ample spaces so we did not have issues. Room was spacious and the location was great for us.

Cons:

There is really nothing that we did not like. It was a great stay overall.

Probably, would be super amazing if we had a microwave in our room. Such minor inconvenience does not hurt at all and we are still super happy with our stay.

Hotel czysty, w fajnej lokalizacji, ale jest głośno. Brakuje udogodnień, śniadań

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji (blisko do deptaku nad zatoką i mostu Golden Gate), dostępność dużego i wygodnego parkingu, czyste pokoje, wygodne łóżka

Cons:

Obiekt znajduje się tuż przy hałaśliwej ulicy, a drzwi i okna są zupełnie nieszczelne, przez co jest bardzo głośno. WiFi w pokoju niedostępne - jedynie w lobby jest jakiś zasięg

Overall a decent and secure hotel for just spending the night.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to Chestnut and Presidio.

Cons:

Noise level. If they just replaced the windows that originally could open with non opening windows, I bet that would solve some of the noise. But I understand because if the location of the hotel, and it being on Lombard, it happens. A good set of ear plugs would do the trick.

I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the neighborhood. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Our stay at La Luna Hotel was comfortable, safe, and very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, they promptly answered all of my online inquiries before our stay, and they were just as warm, welcoming, and helpful in person.

The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit the Palace of Fine Arts, the Presidio, or the surrounding area.

If your goal is sleep, go elsewhere.
Pros:

Location was very accessible.

Cons:

Noise was constant. Plumbing of the actual building was shockingly loud and neighbors were having the time of their life into the following morning hours. Bathroom had actual trash on the floor. Beds were low quality with pathetic pillows. Very disappointed as Booking reviews haven’t steered me wrong in the past, but this was an exception.

Perfectly placed Inn in the marina district
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, the location was excellent. Great to have parking at a small fee per night. Staff were good especially manager and communication with the inn was very good and helpful. Shower was excellent. Great ice maker and TV to watch the World Cup.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little outdated but fine. Even though we asked for a quiet room there was a big of noise from other guests coming and going. Not sure if there are ‘quiet hours’ at the inn
