Not the best experience that I have had with LaQuinta properties.
Pros:

Pros:

The continental breakfast was the best thing about this place

Cons:

The property is out of date and very unclean the carpet in the halls needs to be changed out and there’s a stale scent because of it. Also, the room I checked into had a stain on the flat sheet that you lay on.

Cons:

Making me pay a deposit upfront instead of holding me credit card until checkout. Very inconvenient, especially when I prepaid. I gave them $ 150 cash to hold over night.Seemed unnecessary. Breakfast didn’t start early enough.

Don’t stay unless it’s $60> per night

The location was decent. The staff was very kind.

Cons:

The odor of the room was terrible. It smelled of a humid fungal smell, fresh paint, and bleach. The walls of the room were covered in what looked like droplets of poop, or a dark brown liquid which had dried. The carpet was torn and there was debris on it, giving that it wasn’t well vacuumed. The carpet emitted a foul odor, reminiscent of stale laundry. The grout in the bathrooms had mold on it. The AC had a strange odor. The AC also didn’t adjust according to the temperature selected. The parking lot was also poorly lit.

My stay was terrible.
Pros:

The staff was nice.

Cons:

There was barely hot water in my room. I had to run the water for five mins before the hot water kicked in. The hotel smelled like trash and drugs inside and outside the hotel. The shower looked moldy and not clean. My toilet got clogged up and my room did not get cleaned so I had to go downstairs and to get more items. I do not recommend this hotel especially for $400 for three nights.

Felt welcoming smells good was clean nothing too fancy just what I needed and everyone that I talked to had good attitudes and were very helpful the good people all around!
