Pros:

The location is excellent, right behind Freedom sq. Our room was always kept clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a card access system at the main entrance. We had to rely on the reception person to open the door for us each time, which was not always convenient especially late at night.

Неплохой отель, если вам не мешает шум улицы.
Pros:

В целом отель неплох. Отель расположен совсем рядом с Северным проспектом. Рядом несколько кафе. До Каскада 10 минут пешком. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Номер соответствует фотографиям. Высокие потолки, свежий ремонт и хорошая мебель. Удобный санузел.

Cons:

Очень шумно ночью. По улице периодически громко проезжают машины, некоторые со включенной музыкой. Даже с закрытым окном было громко.
Наши окна с обеих сторон выходили на балконы соседей!
Нет лифта, а лестничные пролеты высокие, если у вас тяжелые чемоданы, имейте это ввиду.

Deuxième séjour à Erevan, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel !
Pros:

Les chambres correspondent aux photos et sont grandes. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Et c'est tout ! le reste est négatif.

Cons:

l’hôtel est présenté avec possibilité de petit déjeuner. C'est de la communication mensongère ! Il n' y a pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner. Nous n'aurions jamais pris cet hôtel si nous en avions été informé, à l'arrivée il était trop tard pour annuler et trouver un autre hôtel.
Les chambres sont en étages et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur : inaccessible aux handicapés.
Nous avions demandé une chambre avec des lits jumeaux ou avec un grand et un petit. Nous n'avons eu qu'un lit en 160 cm, ce qui ne correspond au descriptif de notre choix.

Pros:

The hotel is very close to the city center, walking distance, the staff is great - nice and helpful, very clean.During an evening when the internet was slower I received a device to get good internet.I really liked to be there.

Excellente adresse
Pros:

Petit hôtel mais idéalement situé géographiquement. Le personnel est tout à fait charmant et aidant, chacun fait son maximum pour vous aider à passer un excellent séjour. La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse et d'une propreté impeccable. La literie est très confortable.

Cons:

Côté rue, c'est un tout petit peu bruyant mais c'est en lien avec l'emplacement stratégique et central de l'hôtel (ce qui est très appréciable).

It was a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Big and very clean room, beautiful design/decoration and excellent mattress.

Cons:

The room was not sound-proof and it was difficult to sleep at night. Also, there was no elevator and I stayed in the 3rd floor, so it was hard to carry the luggage. The towels were worn out.

Exceptional
Pros:

Fantastic location and great people. They are always avaliable for anything you need, even in case of last minute change of plans. Armenians are generally very nice and friendly people, however, the team working at "A Hotel" are unique! Thanks for letting us enjoy our holidays in the best way possible!
