Eh. No offense. But just eh.
Pros:

The staff were AWESOME!

Cons:

Almost everything else. It was like staying in someone's house. The room was small. And for over 200+$ We could have gotten a room that was larger at a red roof inn.

Nice, authentic, close to center area of the city. But old-fashioned.
Pros:

I had no view in my windows - only outside walls. That was awful. And my floor was slanted, that was scary.

LOW VALUE FOR MONEY!
Pros:

Location was good, walking distance to main road and university

Cons:

Hotel had lots of problems - like NO HOT WATER nor NO WIFI and no one came back to us with compensation ! Stuff were not knowledge at all, room was not cleaned daily, there are stairs and the entrance so the hotel is not accessible with suitcases…

They are over charging for what is given…
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The hotel is not managed well - there are no manager on site and stuff don’t have any answers to give. We are still waiting for there response. There were major issues during our stay and no one came back to us about them. They are over charging for the service we got

Disappointing,
Pros:

Convenient location, fun quirky decor in lobby

Cons:

Dark, understaffed. Rooms not cleaned everyday, not enough towels, one night there was no hot water for several hours in the evening, duvet was cold and thin and worn out, amenities not restocked, one bar of soap for a 7 day stay. Staff were helpful when deficiencies pointed out but it becomes tiring having to ask for the room to be cleaned, garbage emptied, for a second towel etc. also, when you ask for something, the person at the front desk literally has to leave their post to bring it, so you feel kind of bad. Has the potential to be so much better if money was spent of more staffing and new bedding.

Un hotel monísimo en Yale
Pros:

Es un hotel monísimo muy bien ubicado, en el corazón de Yale. La decoración, el gusto con lo que todo está dispuesto, y el confort de las habitaciones y de las camas, el baño está súper limpio y decorado con mucho gusto... Y luego el lobby con la cafetería, ¡invita a quedarte por horas allí leyendo! Volvería sin duda

Cons:

Me parece que es un poco caro, pero no es particularmente este hotel, sino los hoteles en general en Estados Unidos que son carísimos aunque no ofrezcan mucho. Por ese precio en Europa te alojas en un hotel de alta categoría.

1 day without hot water
The stuff was not able to do anything - there was no manager in the hotel
No one to talk to - we would like to get a discount but the stud at the reception were not able to do anything.

stuff was very pleasant, room was clean, cute hotel theme, but overall wasnt worth the price
Pros:

Location was within walking distance to Yale, and had ample place to find food without needing to drive.

Cons:

Our room was located by the club below and the music made it very difficult to sleep. I had to go to bed around 9 so we could leave early enough to arrive home and I unfortunately wasnt able to get any sleep so we just got up and left earlier than our anticipated departure time. For the price we paid i would have hoped to have had better insulated room from outside noise, and also some sort of discount for parking since they dont have on sight parking.

Save your money, stay somewhere Else

Cons:

Too expensive for what you received.

We upgraded our room was facing the street so it was so loud every night, the black our curtains couldn’t come down, our tv didn’t work, and we let them know it was our anniversary weekend and nothing special happened. I rather stay at a budget hotel then pay what we did for the same thing
