Great restaurant, facilities and staff. I suggest to dine only at the hotel because no restaurant on the island has better food in my opinion.

Cons:

Due to low occupancy throughout the year, many rooms go unused for long periods of time. Although the bedsheets are clean, they can develop a musty odor from humidity. Therefore, I suggest ensuring that the bedsheets are freshly changed upon reservation.

Pros:

Room service breakfast was great. Staff was great as Dominicans are among the nicest people on earth. Comfortable beds, nice balcony on the premium ocean front rooms. Great views. Separate lap pool and huge pool which looked good for children.

Cons:

No real beach access. Glass walled bathroom with blinds did not provide full privacy. Myriad lights in room were hard to figure out. The hotel had a bit of a generic corporate feel, despite the beautiful grounds and well-appointed rooms. The food in the restaurant was either too inventive or lackluster. Very different from Jungle Bay Resort where we also stayed - a truly wonderful hotel.

Best hotel choice on Dominica!
Pros:

The staff especially, super friendly, caring, attentive and positive. Food was very good also. The pool area is amazing just as the interior design of the hotel. Loved the spa area, the tennis court and the “game area” (Billard etc.)

Mi estancia en el InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa fue muy buena en general. El hotel es impresionante: las habitaciones son modernas, limpias y cómodas, con vistas preciosas al mar y a la naturaleza que lo rodea, y el ambiente en general es relajante y bien cuidado. El personal fue amable y profesional, lo que contribuyó a que mi experiencia fuera agradable.

La ubicación frente al mar y la cantidad de instalaciones (piscinas, spa, actividades) hacen de este lugar una opción excelente para descansar o explorar Dominica.

Sin embargo, debo mencionar que la calidad de la comida y los vinos fue bastante promedio durante mi estancia, y esperaba más dado el nivel general del hotel. Aunque hay varias opciones gastronómicas dentro de la propiedad, los platos no siempre estuvieron a la altura de la experiencia global.

En resumen, recomiendo este hotel por su entorno espectacular y su servicio cuidado, aunque la experiencia culinaria puede ser un punto a mejorar.

Pros:

Very nice hotel, very good rooms with nice bathroom and very good beds. Very nice big pools and very good gym. The yoga klank session outside was with too many muscitos! Food is ok but not the best!

The hotel is very big, the waiters at the pool were slow and forget to bring the menu when you ask them.
The yoga klank session outside was with too many muscitos.
The reception told us that we had to be 2 hours before at the airport otherwise we could not check in. This was nonsense, the airport is so small and we were there much too early!
