Pros:

Great place n location! Everything was clean n comfortable!

Cons:

Parking spot was a bit tight to park our car n suggest to install bidets in toilets.

4 adult women loved staying at Koura apartments. Two were sisters so we're happy to share two single beds. Perfect.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The living space was comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and the heated towel rails was a pleasure. The beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

The downstairs bedrooms we're quite warm. Aside from a pedestal fan in the bedrooms, there wasn't any circulated aur?.

Close to town and spacious - thank you
Pros:

Location close to town meant we could walk in, great to have a parking space, apartments were spacious and comfortable, maybe just a little unfinished from the build

Cons:

Fans in bathroom didn’t work which is pretty minor really - everything is Kate was great

clean and tidy, good facilities and an easy stroll to the town centre

A great place to stay in Queenstown
Pros:

Clean spacious modern, location excellent. Walk to town and supermarket easily

Great value for money in a central location
Pros:

Really enjoyed the location, super close to walk into the city centre and the supermarket. Bedrooms all had their own bathrooms which was great. The lounge was large and we enjoyed spending time in there. The apartments were split over 3 levels, two bedrooms down stairs, one upstairs and the lounge/kitchen on the middle level. We had 6 people altogether, all of us enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The walls were a bit thin between the bedroom and bathroom, but that's like most ensuites. So can't really fault them there!

Great location and walking distance to Queenstown for a wonderful holiday with the family.
Pros:

We thought the Koura Apartments were really well located to Queenstown and facilities.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quality/wear & tear of the furniture. It needs a paint throughout and the furniture needs to be updated/replaced.
