Comfortable stay and a short distance walk to restaurants & attractions.
Pros:

Ensuite for each bedroom was very handy when you are sharing with a few people.

Cons:

We had trouble using the induction cooktop, otherwise everything else was provided for.

We would stay at Koura Apt again
Pros:

Location is superb being quiet but still so close to the town centre. The apartment is modern with a balcony overlooking the Queenstown Hill and a little creek running below the property.
Utensils are up to date and a full set for a larger company. Three families comfortably stayed there for three nights.
Parking lot was large enough to accommodate a minivan

Pros:

Short walk to town, close to restaurants and activities.
Comfy beds

Plenty of room for 5 adults

Cons:

The lounge was uncomfortable
The view of the mountain from the balcony was a little disappointing as it was not as seen on website, it overlooked the house behind and didn't give any privacy.

Pros:

Great location. Spacious. Well equipped.

Cons:

Frosted glass windows in upstairs bedroom and kitchen/dining room limited views. Dishwasher and dryer not working properly.

Cool at Koura
Pros:

Loved the apartments, staff were super friendly and really helpful. Loves where they were, just far enough out to not be so busy, but close enough for a wander in.
Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of opening windows...wondered how we would get out if there was a fire upstairs and we were downstairs!!!

Apart from that everything was excellent.

Pros:

Location close to town meant we could walk in, great to have a parking space, apartments were spacious and comfortable, maybe just a little unfinished from the build

Fans in bathroom didn’t work which is pretty minor really - everything is Kate was great

4 adult women loved staying at Koura apartments. Two were sisters so we're happy to share two single beds. Perfect.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The living space was comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and the heated towel rails was a pleasure. The beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

The downstairs bedrooms we're quite warm. Aside from a pedestal fan in the bedrooms, there wasn't any circulated aur?.

Great value for money in a central location
Pros:

Really enjoyed the location, super close to walk into the city centre and the supermarket. Bedrooms all had their own bathrooms which was great. The lounge was large and we enjoyed spending time in there. The apartments were split over 3 levels, two bedrooms down stairs, one upstairs and the lounge/kitchen on the middle level. We had 6 people altogether, all of us enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The walls were a bit thin between the bedroom and bathroom, but that's like most ensuites. So can't really fault them there!
