Great location and value
Pros:

Location close to Queenstown Centre is great, a simple 5-minute walk, very convenient. The layout and facilities offered in the apartment are great, plenty of room for the family to spread out and not all be squeezed into a small area. Three separate bedrooms with ensuites, a large living and kitchen space was fantastic. The car park space is directly out the door of the apartment, which would be convenient if we had a car - we didn't as we just walked to the town centre. Close location to two supermarkets is good, the kitchen facilities meant you could cook all meals if wanting to.

Cons:

Could only have one person showering at a time due to the poor water pressure and the underfloor heating only worked in 1 of 3 ensuites. As we were in the front apartment facing Gorge Road, it was very noisy in the front upstairs bedroom and you could feel every truck and bus bouncing over a couple of potholes on the road out front. The heaters in the two downstairs rooms are convection heaters, so took a very long time to give heat in the rooms.

This is great place for a group of 6 to stay - conveniently location , easy check in out out and spotless

Great location for a group
Pros:

Great location near town and each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Big kitchen and living room area. Owners were flexible regarding check-out time.

Cons:

Right on busy street, so bedroom nearest the street had a little street noise on occasion. Bedrooms were a little tight on space.

Pros:

Ensuite for each bedroom was very handy when you are sharing with a few people.

Cons:

We had trouble using the induction cooktop, otherwise everything else was provided for.

We would stay at Koura Apt again
Pros:

Location is superb being quiet but still so close to the town centre. The apartment is modern with a balcony overlooking the Queenstown Hill and a little creek running below the property.
Utensils are up to date and a full set for a larger company. Three families comfortably stayed there for three nights.
Parking lot was large enough to accommodate a minivan

Pros:

Short walk to town, close to restaurants and activities.
Comfy beds

Plenty of room for 5 adults

Cons:

The lounge was uncomfortable
The view of the mountain from the balcony was a little disappointing as it was not as seen on website, it overlooked the house behind and didn't give any privacy.

Cool at Koura
Pros:

Loved the apartments, staff were super friendly and really helpful. Loves where they were, just far enough out to not be so busy, but close enough for a wander in.
Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of opening windows...wondered how we would get out if there was a fire upstairs and we were downstairs!!!

Apart from that everything was excellent.
