I really liked the staff and the breakfast. The location is great. It is very nice to have a balcony, which I did (not sure if all rooms have balconies). The place was clean and the room size was OK - not humongous, but totally fine for one person. I was able to check out very late (21:00 on the day of departure), for which I was very grateful. At some point I got a bit of a cold and skipped breakfast a few times, but when the host saw me she gave me a homemade meringue tart, which meant the world to me (not as much the tart itself but the thought).

Cons:

Noise levels were quite a challenge for me sometimes. Other guests were very audible and the entrance door is very loud/ people were banging doors a lot. The balcony faces a yard shared with other residential buildings, it was quite noisy at times (there's also a large construction nearby, but this might be seasonal). I'm very heavily allergic to cats and there are a lot of cats outside below the balcony and on the roofs around the balcony, also in the owner's part of the building. I did not have any problems in my room which was clean, but I felt a bit uncomfortable in the downstairs area, because I knew there was a cat there and I can't stay where cats are.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Mili gospodarze, dobre śniadania. W dniu wyjazdu przygotowany prowiant na drogę (wczesny wyjazd)

Cons:

Mrówki w pokoju i łazience. Pomimo zgłoszenia tego faktu, nie dostaliśmy innego pokoju, a mrówki były z nami do końca wyjazdu. Głośne zachowanie gości właścicieli, co uniemożliwiało sen.

Naprawdę świetny rodzinny gesthouse, położony w samym sercu Old Batumi. W pokojach bardzo czysto, przytulnie i wygodnie. Przepyszne śniadania! Codziennie inne, przyrzadzone na bieżąco, świeżutkie. Zawsze miałyśmy jeszcze domowe przetwory z owoców. Śniadanko starczało na cały dzień wędrówki po mieście. Właściciele przemili, serdeczni i bardzo pomocni. Wszędzie blisko - do morza i promenady, do bazaru, do placu Europejskiego. Rzut beretem dwie genialne restauracje - Heart of Batumi i Lurji Sufra, a dla koneserów piwa - świetny taproom Sami Ludi. Bardzo polecamy i serdecznie dziękujemy za gościnę! Pobyt

街道正在维修，酒店外墙被脚手架遮挡，看不到酒店名字。下着大雨，找了很久才找到。
酒店房间在二楼以上，楼梯很窄小，我们的行李箱不敢搬上楼。

Соответствует описанию и цена/ качество.
Момент для бронирующих- улица полностью в лесах на реставрации- это вопрос конечно же не к объекту размещения.
Хозяева очень любезные -отвечают на любые вопросы.
Завтраки домашние, не шведский стол, но голодными точно не уйдете.
В ближайшей пешей доступности пляж, порт, канатная дорога, Нино и Али.
До вокзала 5 минут на маршрутке ( 1 лари)

Понравилось только местоположение. Хозяева очень неприятные люди.

Номер на третьем этаже, куда ведет узкая крутая лестница, двери в ванную плохо закрывались, вода в душе плохо уходила, приходилось стоять в грязной воде под душем. Столовая в другом здании через дорогу, но мы там ничего не ели, просто помои какие-то давали, типа разванный соус, и тетка на раздаче неприятная ужасно. Плюс еще хозяин у нас Украл телефон, просто взял со стола в столой и положил себе в карман, хорошо сразу заметили, позвонили, а он у него в кармане. Делайте выводы, будьте внимательны, ничего не оставляйте без присмотра в этом отеле.

It was cheap for this location, but even the most basic needs were not met.

The location is good. Cheap price.

Cons:

There was no wifi in our room. At all.
The breakfast was awful. There was a building renovation in the process, so we were woken up by the sounds of the hammers and by the smell of paint. There was power outrage for the most of the time, so AC didn’t work either, of course. We couldn’t use the shower properly too because of the lack of light in the bathroom.
