Book somewhere else.
Pros:

Location was the only good thing about the place. The hotel was dirty and seemed to be under renovations, the rooms were dirty, the pool didn't work, and no one communicated about that. There were people smoking in their rooms although it stated non-smoking. I would have booked elsewhere if I had known.

Pros:

Do not stay in this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Mr La Quinta needs to tear this hotel down.

The parking lot is a dump. Literally.

Everything is dirty.

I gave the motel one star since "no star" was not an option.
Cons:

Staff never once smiled at me or other guests. At 8:30 AM , had to rouse staff to reluctantly bring out still frozen breakfast items. They could have cared less. I felt like I was doing them a favor staying there. Get better staff.

Room was dirty, carpet had fairly cleaned dog shit. Had to put towel over it. Ever was dusty, room stunk.

Very old and not kept up. Devices not working in room. Breakfast was all carbs (toast and waffles). Ran out of everything and didn’t restock after asking. Sink damaged. Hair plugged in tub drain. Didn’t have any staff to restock towels or clean room. Very disappointed in La Quinta and booking.com. Not usual experience

Awful and disgusting, not fit for a dog!

Disgusting place, had 8 people complaining when we arrived, could understand why when we checked into our room. The hotel smelt like it had recently flooded, shirting hanging off the wall, propeller missing off ceiling fan, ceiling filthy and generally a filthy hotel. Would nit have stayed there 1 night but had no choice due to arrival time, checked out a day early and waiting for Booking.com to offer a refund. Disgraceful place

Pros:

Highly suggest you find somewhere else. The hotel has not been kept up… They don’t vacuum the hallways regularly, there not hairdryers in many of the rooms- not extras available. We stayed for five nights and had to ask for towels 4 different days and the room was only cleaned one time because I requested it. We were there for the balloon fiesta, like most of the customers last week. However, the staff seemed completely unprepared. We were told grab and go Breakfast would be ready at 5 AM. It was not. I woke up the front desk, lady on Thursday to request that coffee be made. Lastly, the common areas were dated and not clean.

Awful, checked out 10 minutes after I checked in.
Cons:

The room was awful, the carpet was filthy, the box spring was disgustingly dirty. The baseboard was coming off the wall. We had to leave and check in somewhere else. When I first checked in, they said they were totally booked. Once I saw the room and went to the desk to tell them I wasn’t staying, she said we could give you another room. All of a sudden another room was available. It was an horrible experience.
