Clean, good service
First room we had was extremely hot and right next to the train station which kept us awake. Second day we were moved which was much better. Although the hotel is advertised as close to city centre (which it is)the area is very poor and we feared for our safety when walking locally to the hotel

Dinner wasn't excellent, lunch was??
Coffee at breakfast was not nice due to be from machine, at this price expecting pot of coffee to table or available to pour.
Staff were.really friendly and couldn't do enough to help..spa facilities were really njce and cosy..Definitely recommend giving it a try..we had breakfast also and it had plenty of variety to suit everyine and was delicious

It felt like an earthquake every time a train went past our room, and it happened every five minutes. There were boxers from a previous customer still lying on the shelves! The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and kept blasting cold air even when it wasn’t set to cold. Breakfast was terrible, cold beans and overall just poor-quality items.

We were not aware that the Spa was not included in our stay until we tried to access it on the morning of our stay. Then we were told it was an extra £50.

It would be helpful if it was made clearer that access to the spa is additional cost.

Service was slow at dinner. Took us two hours to get everything. I did not like that. I had to go to a separate place to have breakfast other than downstairs. Need to go some little room and then the coffee machine we had to call to get that working.
