The hotel was within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go the staff were very friendly and helpful ill definitely stay here again when in in Dublin again
There was nothing i didn't lik
Everything was great. Carlos checked us in and he was such a pleasure to speak with.
The room was spacious and the staff were very friendly
The hydrotherapy pool was not functioning properly
The interior and comfort of the bed. Great shower too.
That you had to pay to use the spa facilities.
The property is spotless and the decor is beautiful. Very handy for train travel.
Marked down for guests being unable to use the pool as part of their stay. Apparently this needs to be added on at an additional charge.
The reception staff couldn’t have been more kind—one lovely lady even upgraded me to a suite, which was absolutely gorgeous.
That gesture alone made such a difference, but every member of staff I encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive—not just at check-in and check-out, but even when passing by.
Between the stunning suite and the genuinely kind staff, my stay completely turned around what had been a difficult day. I’m so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
Everything
Friendly staff, comfortable room
The area was full of tramps and homeless
Room and staff
Nothing
The room layout was nice and the staff were all very friendly
Breakfast was cold which was disappointing considering it was €25 didn’t eat more than a bit of a cold bit of toast and cold sausage , the room temp was too hot and the controll wouldn’t let us lower it , the bath had someone’s false lashes stuck to it from a previous guest and one of the 2 sinks had brown splash marks on it
Overall not worth €410 and won’t book again
Breakfast is poor, just few things
Breakfast
The room was clean.
It did feel like the staff was trying to nickel and dime you all the time at the desk. The biggest irritation is that the hotel has 3 elevators all next to each other and 2 of them are only for the "VIP Members" who pay an extra 25 Euro a day for their stay. I could understand 1 elevator being dedicated for VIPs... but 2/3?
There is also an additional daily 25 Euro fee if you want to use the swimming pool in the hotel that was not made clear during the booking.
The hotel lobby was lovely. The rooms were very conformance clean.
The one negative was we got there after 8:00 pm and there was no food available to us. The kitchen was closed and nothing nearby. The bar was open and I
Give the bar tender five stars!
Room spacious
Room clean
Decore nice
The traffic in hallway i could hear every footstep somebody took out the room
Floors were creaking
The location was ideal and close to all amenities and just a stroll down from Ó Connells street.
A very fine establishment offering and catering in the warmest of atmospheres with security you can't fault and food you can't beat.
I would highly recommend The Address as your address while staying in Dublin.
