The beds we’re comfortable

Cons:

What could’ve been better was the attitude, respect and tone the receptionist had towards me and my partner during our stay. We asked simple questions to the man at the desk and he was nothing but sheer rude and cheeky towards a 19 year old girl trying to make her out as if she was in the wrong or she was being silly when she wasn’t at all, this infuriated me to the extent I wanted to complain there on the spot although I didn’t know if he would throw us out or not due to how disrespectful he was already being, I will not be back due to this staff member and I’ve also seen a few reviews online regarding his disgusting attitude, he wont ever speak to me like that again.

Cons:

Gave one price at booking then increased on arrival. Explained but reception team gave poor explanation and unacceptable rationale about the changing exchange rate!!!

Fotos no corresponden por lo que te ofrecen al llegar
Pros:

La ubicación está bien. El desayuno correcto. Cama cómosa. Limpio.

Cons:

Te dicen que las fotos de la habitación doble superior de booking son incorrectas y te asignan una habitación que no está reformada. ( hab triple con cama matrimonio pequeña) Además nos cambiaron dos veces de habitación porque el aire acondicionado estaba estropeado. Es un hotel poco cuidado.

Trendy affordable hotel walking distance to city
Pros:

Upmarket and lovely Reception area . Pub and Resteraunt . The staff were very friendly and the property was clean with a great shower and big window overlooking the trains and city .

Cons:

The area does have a few homeless people around the corner but they were not dangerous. It didn’t bother us really . We still walked everywhere.
