Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for you.
We accidentally left something at the hotel and they were fabulous in getting it back to us.
A little nosier than expected but you are across from the train station after all…
Clean. Location. Nice staff. Comfortable
Although advertised the pool was not included in the price of the stay. It was an additional cost to use the pool even though it’s advertised when booking the hotel to lead you to believe you get to use the facilities as part of your stay
It’s was different, really pretty!
Having to use your key card in the lift
De locatie was ideaal! En het personeel was zo lief!
De douches zijn niet ideaal voor mensen met gewrichtspijn maar mogelijk had ik een andere kamer kunnen vragen. Het toilet trok wel slecht door in beide kamers.
Not sound proof at all, can hear everything like it’s right outside your door so not ideal for drunk guests staggering in early hours.
Wasn’t very welcoming and the noise really didn’t help.
Bed and pillows were comfortable. Reception and bar staff were friendly and accommodating.
Our first room was like the artic. It was blowing out such cold air that we asked for it to be fixed and were told someone would come up to take a look. Noone appeared and nothing happened so we asked again and were told they were fixing it centrally. It seemed warmer after that until the next day. Again we told reception and they said to ensure all our belongings were packed and they would move us to another room. It was inconvenient but we went out for a number of hours and they had moved us to a new room while we were out. The heating worked however it was extremely loud and we didn’t have any control over the temperature of the room despite the ‘techy’ light switches etc. Breakfast was a shambles, particularly on the first morning. Given that it was a Friday morning and there was a lot of people in town for the rugby, the lack of hot food prepared at around 8.30am was ridiculous. Only tomatoes and baked beans available and had to wait 10-15 minutes for bacon then another 5 minutes for sausages was poor. About 10 mins for your toast to cook, mine only on 1 side! There was a small continental breakfast selection of unappetising cheese and cold meat. No condiments that I could locate for toast, ie jam portions. There was no clear signage for each Bain Marie indicating what was contained. I asked if there was any milk alternatives and the waitress said she would bring out the carton. It came out with a date label showing it was opened a week prior but was meant to be consumed within 5 days. The next morning was better. However our family who arrived the night before asked for ketchup to be told there was none left so they went to the shop to buy some. The coffee machines were filthy and staff were dressed unprofessionally. I felt that the only difference in the club rooms was size however not worth the extra money and overall the hotel was overpriced. There was views into a wet dirty looking courtyard. The hotel appears to be in a less than desirable area.
Clean and welcoming
Nothing all was fine
Lovely hotel just on the outskirts (but close enough) to the centre of Dublin. We only stayed one night and was pretty much out all day so can't say much about the facilities, but room was a good size and great interaction with staff.
The friendly staff , the food & the rooms were great. Superb location too
Probably the price
