FANTASTIC
Pros:

VERY SURPRISED.
The location is very central. Staff are AMAZING , like 11 out of 10 everyone we met. Rooms and lobby are FANTASTIC. Also Resto and bar , very cool. Isabel, Silvia, and all the reception staff we met - wow. 5 stars ! And eduardo from the bar ! Everyone so nice !

Downsides: neighborhood is shady, but that’s not the hotel fault, that’s the Irish government.

However: definitely will stay again !

Fantastic
Pros:

The hotel, location and staff were absolutely fantastic. My room was very comfortable with access to the lounge, big thanks to Victoria for allocating me there. Dinner in North was amazing and Agustina was an excellent server. Overall it was a 11/10 experience.

Cons:

When we arrived, the fuse box in the room was buzzing so loudly it was impossible to sleep. The hotel staff confirmed that it was too loud to sleep. The hotel was fully booked so we had to leave and find alternative accommodation. The hotel readily agreed to a full refund.

I have had to call Booking.com 5 times to get a refund processed, but they say The Address Connolly is holding the refund process up.

Terrible experience.

Pros:

The bedroom was amazing, and also the suprise of an extra lounge for the King room, the staff were amazing, loved our stay, only negative was being told we would have to pay £40 for early check in, even though it was only 2 hours earlier, and you have to pay extra for the spa, but still 5 stars for us.

Wasn’t very “Irish” stay, but honestly I think I would have preferred to stay here the whole time.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

I couldn’t figure out the ac, but that may have been me. The music in the breakfast area was very loud and very distracting.

Great location, coeliac friendly and amazing, happy employees
Pros:

Stayed at The Address Hotel for one night. Perfect location as we were going to a concert in the Aviva stadium and it was across the road from the dart station. From the time we arrived we were met with happy positive staff in the reception area. Room was very comfortable and quiet. When I travel I always have anxiety about food as I have coeliac disease and find it hard to eat without worrying about getting sick from being glutened. This was not the case in this hotel. The chef Yusuf was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and when it came to my breakfast I approached Anto the waiter and he went into the kitchen and personally requested a gluten free breakfast for me which he then took the time to check was ready so he could bring it straight to my table. There was also a section with gluten free bread, cereal and separate toaster. The overall feeling in this hotel was that every member of staff we came across was happy and seemed to be enjoying working in the Hotel, this has to reflect on the way Management look after their staff, it was lovely to see.
