Pros:

The staff was friendly enough. The ac in room worked. Fridge worked.

Cons:

Lack of Upkeep and maintenance. Overall cleanliness. No ice machine.free breakfast wasn’t breakfast it was packaged muffin and coffee and that’s all

Pros:

I did not stay in the filthy, unhygienic room.The hallway was unswept and trash was on the floor. The room was unmopped and human hair was on the bedsheets. The bathroom was filthy, unsanitary. I reported this to the night manager. She said the matter would be taken care of by the day manager. I was told that I would need to contact booking.com for the refund because of booking through a third party. In truth my credit card was billed by Extended Stay. I want a full refund! $76.15.
