Pros:

Room was spacious

Cons:

The water pressure or the shower was the only thing I will complain about no water pressure just drip and have to stand under the shower just to wet your whole body and took about 30 mins before it got hot but everything else was cool

It was a good experience, would return.
Pros:

Ramond was amazing!! Super friendly during every interaction, also knows his stuff and gave me all the information I needed about the hotels and their rules & policies! Always smiling.

Cons:

The man in the mornings honestly. Acts like he be having an attitude sometimes. ( I think he’s the manager or owner also think he could be Italian best way to describe ). He could’ve been more nice. Gave my spouse a hard time every time when receiving front desk items.. over condescending & made him uncomfortable. Could possibly need a reality check I’m not sure.

Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

Worst experience ever!!! I had two little kids in a hot room due to the air conditioning not working right. Went downstairs to let them know and they said wait til the sun goes down. They didn’t have a maintenance man and they wouldn’t even come look at it. And they wouldn’t refund our money due to us staying for over an hour. I literally had to go to Walmart to buy a huge box fan so we could sleep tonight. I never had this experience ever in my life.

Price is great but still not worth it.
Cons:

Property was extremely dirty and run down. We had wallpaper ripping off in many areas, our dresser was chipped with multiple broken handles, many stains on blankets & curtains.. even some of what looked like blood stains. Room was made for “extended stay” but had to ask the front desk for forks, dryer, etc. No housekeeping was seen for our entire 4 day trip.
Overall very dirty, and rundown.. and not in a great area.

You can smell smoke in the hall ways
Pros:

The nice lady in the evening!! Saved me from a double booking!

Cons:

The morning manager was very rude, I woke up for coffee and got turned down lol not a good start to my day. They only serve coffee from 6-9 and if you sleep in your screwed

Pros:

I called in advance after booking my room and was told by the facility that my room would still be available. I was driving in from St. Louis and hit traffic on the way into KC. Prior to my arrival they gave my room away even though I booked it in advance. Completely unprofessional!

Most uncomfortable bed ever. Sour smell permeated the building. Overall lack of maintenance alarming (toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor!). Left one night early to go to different lodging even without a refund.
