Great Hotel, but Service Could Be Better
Pros:

Location, public bath , cleanliness and location again.

Cons:

I stayed for four nights in a room(theater room) with a washing machine. Housekeeping was provided every three days. When I checked in, there was detergent(tiny single packet) in the room, but after the housekeeping service, it was not refilled. I asked the front desk for one more, but they said they could not provide it. This was a bit disappointing. Another issue was the motion-sensor light near the entrance. It would turn on even when someone on the sofa bed moved slightly, which disturbed our sleep. I asked the front desk if it could be deactivated, but they said it was not possible.

ใกล้สถานี Hakodate มากๆ มี Onsen สวยงาม โรงแรมใหม่ มี Low Son เดินทะลุโรงแรมได้เลน ร้านอาหารอร่อย รอบๆ โรงแรม เดินทางไป bus และ Tram Stop สะดวกมากๆ

駅近で拠点として使い易い点が良かった。また、施設も綺麗で良い所だった。
