Pros:

The room was spacious and the staff were super friendly. However the room cleanliness was not superb and slightly disappointing.. Nevertheless, we had a good stay at the hotel and everything else was fine. Paid parking for cars is opposite the hotel and is quite convenient. Max 800 yen per night.

하코다테 위치 최고의 호텔
Pros:

역이 바로 옆이라 좋았고,
공항버스 내리면 아주 가까움.
가격도 합리적인데 대형룸이 있어서 좋았음.
트윈실도 타 일본호텔 대비 아주 넓은 편임.
다인실은 마루바닥, 트윈실은 카펫바닥임.
수건,물,어매니티를 매일 넣어주는데 부족함이 없었다.
대형룸에는 세탁기가 따로 있고 세제도 넣어주심.
방안에 공기청정기가 있음.
온천안에 드라이기가 너무 바람이 약한데
방안의 드라이어가 더 좋았음.
주말 저녁에는 온천에 사람이 엄청 많았음.
다시 간다고 해도 여기로 선택할 거임. 아리가또!

Location right beside the train station. And with a lot of places to eat or drink in the hotel or nearby, the onsen was good as well.

Cons:

Room cleaning needs improvement, I've found several cut nails in the carpet floor.
