Pros:

New hotel very close to Hakodate Station. Clean and tidy. A bit busy when we stayed and the lifts were struggling to keep up with the demand, so allow a bit of extra time for waiting.

部屋や共通の施設も綺麗で気持ち良く過ごせました。特に良かったのは朝食です。どれを食べても美味しいし沢山種類があって迷ってしまう程でした。

Great hotel in perfect location.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Just a short walk from the train station, bus station, tram stop and the morning markets.
Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly.
Breakfast had a great selection and something for everyone.

Beds and pillows were too hard for me.
