Blisko stoku, brak bezpieczeństwa gości.

Bliskość do stoku. Śniadania. Czystość.

Cons:

Nasz przyjaciel został zaatakowany przez innego gościa i pobity. Siedzieliśmy w pokoju i rozmawialiśmy, koło 22 w drzwi zaczął uderzać inny gość hotelowy ze zakłócamy ciszę nocną. Bez ostrzeżenia uderzył naszego przyjaciela. Do hotelu została wezwana szefowa/kierownicza obiektu. Została wezwana policja. Szefowa nie znając realnego zajścia krzyczała i była opryskliwa w stosunku do mnie i moich znajomych. Nie interesowało ją to że w pokoju naprawdę byliśmy cicho, nie grała też żadna muzyka. Zabroniła nam nawet odezwać się do siebie po godzinie 22. Sprawę załagodziła policja. Nie zrobiliśmy nic złego a zostaliśmy przez nią okropnie potraktowani. Pani może się zastanowi nad zmianą pracy. Bo w funkcji zarządzającej i wspierającej gości wystawiam 1.

Great stay on the slopes
Pros:

The location is perfect. Right on blue slope 13, so it’s perfect for beginners too. You basically have to pass the parking lot which is visible in the photos and then you are on the slope.
The food was very good - breakfast buffet with little variationa everyday so you don’t get bored and dinner is also buffet-style with 3-4 different meal options which are changed everyday (or at least they were different during our 5-day stay).
Acces by car is pretty easy, only the last part of the road (about 50-100m to the hotel parking) can be a little slippery, but the rest was clean.
Rooms are pretty big and clean.

Pros:

Ski in-ski out - супер і розташування класне, практично у центрі курорту. Сніданки та вечері були смачні, хоча був невеликий вибір.

Cons:

Платне і дуже маленьке спа, платні напої під час вечері, хоча якщо прийти з номера і попросити води - вона безкоштовна, немає логіки у цьому

Pros:

It was the 2nd time we stayed at Hotel Jasna and we enjoyed it again. Nice improvement that the ski storage room is more spacious than last year .

Cons:

We stayed at the end of January and the parking area was like an ice rink, especially in the morning. Some proper care would have been appreciated:)
