Easy & comveniet in central area
The location was 10/10. Very convenient, walking distance to Bugis which is in central of Singapore. Rooms were surprisingly big for any SG hotel, and pretty clean too
They did not have full size mirrors in the room
Very nice hotel in a culturally interesting part of Singapore.
Good location, comfy beds, breakfast included.
We booked a room with 3 single beds, and I had contacted them to advise we needed this but when we checked they did not have a room with 3 beds. This was very disappointing and frustrating after travelling. They did rectify this finally but it took a while. The hotel was very clean but it was tired.
I was very happy with this hotel, as the reservations manager allowed us to check in early and upgraded us to an executive suite. Very thankful to Mr Mahadur
Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful.
The toilet was cramp. The shower hose was not the exact length.
