Pros:

Wonderful internal courtyard, surprising to a Brit, and a huge room. Made my holiday, this! Omelette bar at breakfast with a real person cooking your eggs for you.

Relaxing and enjoyable.
Pros:

I liked the welcoming atmosphere...the location, the breakfast and the evening complementary welcome with drinks and snack. Everyone helpful and friendly.

Room pretty good, the rest not great.

Staff and room was okay.

Cons:

Parking a hassle. Elevators terrible! Only one out of three worked, that can't be up to code. The stairs going down all led to outside the building and you could not get back in w/the exception of one stairwell that took behind the bar and some janky storage room w/a bunch of crap in it. Very bizarre.

Do not stay in this horrible property!
Pros:

Not much to like about this horrible property.

Cons:

1. 2 of 3 elevators broken. The morning we left ALL elevators were broken with no signage. The wall phone fell off the wall.
2. Forced valet overpriced. No self park on the property. All spots reserved for valet. Self park in unsafe area blocks away
3. One front desk person, long lines, rude and incompetent
4. Dirty, old, dated, uncomfortable
5. Ridiculously long service with very few offerings for food and drink.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel at a great location. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Only one out of three elevators worked. Long wait times for elevator then very crowded because only one working. Saturday night none were working so we had to take the service elevator. The floors needed vacuuming. When we checked in on Friday there was a yellow crumpled paper on the floor of our hallway. When we checked out on Sunday it was still there. Obviously I could have picked it up but was just curious to see if it would be picked up.

The environment was amazing and food was good .

Cons:

When we arrived in our hotel there was food left in the refrigerator , the cups and ice bucket were dirty I had to clean them .

The sheets to one of the bed were nasty and had a nasty stain on them .

For $242.00 for one night that was unprofessional and unsanitary.

Disappointed in how the hotel has gone from amazing to a terrible stay.

The property is located in a central space and and is close to everything we wanted to do and see

Cons:

I didn’t like the dirty parking garage, having to pay for parking when I was told I would not have to. The staff not getting things done in a timely manner.
