Window wouldn’t shut. Temperature was really cold. But your maintenance man came up and fixed the problem. He was great.

It was run down. I had a handicapped room. The shower ran out completely covering the bathroom floor. I had to use four towels to clean up the water. Big hole in the bathroom wall, the towel stand looked like it came from an abandoned house. The pool had no towels available and the bathroom was disguising. Toilet clogged, ceiling tiles out.

Long wait time to have food delivered to table
The breakfast bar options were a disappointment compared to our previous stays there. Some options were removed.
Too long a wait in line for the omelette service. Needed two chefs.

Cons:

Parking, telephone in my room handset was impossible to hear had to use speaker
with my disability the phone in an emergency would have been a real problem
No one to help me check out at 4 am

We choose Embassy suites to stay in often and understand it is a busy place with alot going on and we will still continu

For the size of the property and amount of rooms out of three elevators one worked the second was somewhat working and third was completely out of order and to be honest last year we stayed there and same issue. Bathtub had a stain on bottom of the tub and there was a smell to the room when we went into it. Breakfast was out of alot of the items and ran out of plates often.

We love staying at Embassy Suites because it has spacious rooms, is conveniently located, and has a friendly staff.
Pros:

I love the room size and breakfast. All staff members were so nice, mainly Morn and Gage. Our room attendant also was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room keys didn’t work once and we couldn’t get out of the parking lot due to congestion when we were in a hurry.
