Cons:

Fold-out sofa bed was dirty and when I asked if I could get a new or different mattress pad, they said no. There was popcorn, hair, and it was clearly not cleaned.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und das Frühstück war für USA wirklich ansprechend. Das Zimmer war ausreichend leise und wir konnten schlafen, wenn wir die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet halten (wie in allen anderen Motels auch).

WARNING. BED BUGS!!
Pros:

This hotel does not live up to my previous experiences with this chain. The bed was vey uncomfortable, thin, flimsy sheets, questionable cleanliness of comforter.The stopper in bathtub did not work. The breakfast buffet was sub par, fake eggs, deli ham floating in water, lumpy oatmeal. In addition we both came home with BED BUG BITES. The heat and air unit made a horrible noise everytime it came on. We reported this to front desk and was told no one was there to look at it, said he would come up but never did.Contacted hotel, manager said someone would contact me in next 30 minutes.No one contacted me. Do not stay at Hyatt Place in Franklin.
