Also charge $75 for dog. My dog was minnie dashund under 10# only stay 1 nite. Ridiculous price.
Pros:

Food mostly good. They were out of bagels at 940am. I asked for a bagel. Server brought 2 bags to fill tray. Told me a lil cold n he left. The bagels were frozen no bagel cutter or knife to cut I struggled with plastic knife did not work. No servers came out after that until 20am when they took everything away n cleared by 1004am

Cons:

The bathroom too small. Could not open door very well toilet right there.
Our room was cold when we arrived. Tried to turn on heat at unit. Buttons did not work called down Mgr said to u se thermostat on wall. It would not work. He finally came up to get thermostat to work. Mgr acted like I should know to use thermastT. The thermostat was not out in open had to look for it.

Good and enjoyable, would probably stay there again
Pros:

Location was convenient and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was clean and nice.

Cons:

Would have preferred a bit bigger bed, we had a double

Cons:

I was awakened very early on Saturday morning the 26th to shouting and yelling from the room across the hall from me, I believe from room 523. It became apparent there a domestic dispute going on. I was scared of leaving my room but did so during a lull, taking everything with me earlier than planned, to tidy up and brush hair and teeth in the bathroom near the lobby. Not the hotel’s fault but worrisome nonetheless.

Great location, very comfortable room with a beautiful bathroom and nice breakfast.
Pros:

very comfortable room, staff was very nice, breakfast was nice. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Need more outlets that are more accessible. The only multioutlet location was behind an end table that was difficult to reach. Since I had to plug in a watch, a pad, a phone, and a computer, I was disappointed by the lack of accessible outlets.

Comfortable, clean, great customer service, highly recommend
Pros:

Booked this hotel last minute and it did not disappoint! The staff was welcoming and check in was easy. Located in a quiet area near a mall, off the interstate with lots of eateries nearby. 30 mins from Nashville which is great! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Breakfast options were better than most with a variety to choose from- eggs hash browns sausage oatmeal waffles cereal fresh yogurt (and not yogurt cups) fresh fruit muffins coffee and juices! Small selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase. I extended my reservation without any issues. I would highly recommend! One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at over my years of traveling.
