Large, nice room in a great location with friendly staff and good breakfast.
Pros:

Really nice room. Clean and well appointed. Having a couch/ottoman and desk area was comfortable and convenient. In a very nice neighborhood with restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Would stay there again when in the area. Hot breakfast was good for a small hotel.

The room was clean, spacious, and the overall hotel was maintained nicely. The entire staff was friendly and professional, making for a pleasant stay overall.

Cons:

The online description for "Coffee to Cocktails" is highly inaccurate. While it claims to serve premium wines and cocktails, the lounge was closed during the evening throughout my stay. When I did find someone, the only option available was beer—no wine or spirits in sight. The listing needs to be updated to reflect that there is no functioning restaurant or bar on-site to avoid misleading future guests

I'll chose somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Room was spacious and breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

I couldn't find a desk clerk when I arrived. Approximately 8-10 min waiting on a desk clerk arrival 8:30 PM roughly.
Room was 58 degrees when I entered.
