Hyatt Place Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

The room was clean, spacious, and the overall hotel was maintained nicely. The entire staff was friendly and professional, making for a pleasant stay overall.

This Hyatt location is great, I'll be staying here again.
It's very easy to get in and out of the parking lot (the entrance/exit is part of an intersection with red lights, and that makes all the difference for me when I'm in an unfamiliar area). The parking lot is very well-lit.
Check-in was smooth and seamless, and they offered 2 free chilled water bottles for each guest every day, as well as a good assortment of other drinks and snacks available for purchase at the desk.
I was in town for a conference, and this property was only 5 minutes away from the venue. I was only a maximum of 10 minutes away from most restaurants, shopping, and other desired destinations in Franklin, and I was only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, even with Friday night traffic.
I think my favorite thing about this property is the later checkout time - their normal checkout time is 12 noon, which was perfect for me. I did end up leaving before noon, but I didn't feel rushed or pressured to get my things packed and out of the way. I'm not an early riser, so it was nice to wake up without an alarm and get ready at a leisurely pace.
Another great perk was that, even on the top floor, I had really good water pressure in the shower and very hot water.
It's not the fanciest property in Franklin, but for the price, you are getting a very good value for your money.
Overall, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I hope when I stay again, I'll get to see more of the property and enjoy more of their amenities.

Great location and friendly staff , breakfast was great

It is an older hotel but the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good, better than most other hotels I stay at. If you are looking for a Hotel Experience, this is probably not it. If you need a nice place to stay while you visit Franklin, I would certainly stay here again.

One room smelled weird and we switched to another room after talking to front desk.
The second room had a broken bed which led to sore backs in the morning.

The toilet flooded & the only food worth eating at breakfast was the yogurt & fruit. Bed was comfortable, lack of water pressure in the shower, TV had limited options, microwave was weak, wifi was strong enough. Location was adequate

Hyatt needs to remove the flag from this location or find a franchisee that can actually run a clean hotel and maintain it.

The room was spacious and clean. We appreciated the extra relaxation space to watch TV. It is a fabulous location with great restaurant options.

Food mostly good. They were out of bagels at 940am. I asked for a bagel. Server brought 2 bags to fill tray. Told me a lil cold n he left. The bagels were frozen no bagel cutter or knife to cut I struggled with plastic knife did not work. No servers came out after that until 20am when they took everything away n cleared by 1004am

Beds were comfy.
