Bien ubicado, buen servicio, buenas instalaciones. Mejorar el precio
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

Relación precio calidad, le falta un poco de mantenimiento para ser un 4 estrellas. En ese punto creo que es más un tres estrellas, por ende debería tener un mejor precio. Todas las comodidades estuvieron bien, amplio studio cómodo baño buena ducha bien el desayuno. Pero es un tres estrellas muy bueno.

Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy malo, otro punto muy malo es que no hicieron la limpieza del cuerto aun dejando el cartel que menciona expresamente la necesidad. La explicación es que el personal se retira a las 16.30 y nosotros llegamos a las 16.00 hs y no tuvo tiempo.

Pros:

The location was perfect and the room was quiet. Amazing considering we were in town. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water to shower. Breakfast was fine.

Sólo la ubicación

Cons:

El desayuno pésimo, insuficiente y mala calidad (medialunas del día anterior, duras) y faltaba vajilla (tomamos la ensalada de frutas en tazas de café con leche)
Falta mucho mantenimiento en todo
Detalles de falta de gusto, como el “trapo de piso” a la entrada el día que llovió
Nos retuvieron 150 dólares cuando llegamos, en la tarjeta de crédito, para cubrir “posibles destrozos” en la habitación (somos dos personas muy mayores)
Las luces de la habitación daban tristeza, algunas no encendían
No coinciden en absoluto las fotos de las plataformas de alquiler de habitaciones con la realidad del hotel

For a rRecoleta experience, I would expect more.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The matras was good.
We felt safe at night.

Room 704 was outdated, so many tear and wear all over, dirty inside fridge see photos.

Destaco lo positivo, la ubicación, la habitación, el personal y el desayuno. No obstante lo negativo, volvería.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de Retiro, de la Plaza San Martín, de la calle Santa Fe, de restaurantes y comercios varios, zona tranquila. Habitación amplia, cómoda, en contrafrente q es silenciosa. Buen desayuno, variado. Todo prolijo; personal amable.

Cons:

No me gustó q al reservar la descripción de la habitación decía q tenía kitchinet con utensilios básicos y no había nada, ni vasos. Había q solicitar lo q se necesitara en el recibidor. Tampoco me gustó q pidieran 100 dólares como garantía x si rompes algo. Lo devuelven cuando te retiras.

Cons:

La limpieza no fué completa.
No cambiaron toallas de mano en 4 días. Limpiaron cubo de residuos 1 vez ,en ese lapso.
No tienen nada de vajilla ! Y los discos eléctricos no funcionaron.

Pros:

Location was pretty good. I was able to walk to most tourist sites, including La Boca and Palermo, but I liked walking. Those both took over an hour.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic, nothing special. Pretty sure it was store bought pastries and bread and sliced ham. Scrambled or boiled eggs. Best part was that fresh fruit was available.
By "fully equipped kitchenette" what they mean is two electric burners and a sink, with absolutely no equipment. No pans, pots, knives, forks, glassware, cups, plates, ... nothing to help you actually cook or eat anything. There was no microwave until I asked for one.

Personal de la recepción. Cuando llegamos.no fue permitido ver la habitación ya que el espacio no se veían como en las fotos y, ademas del pago del hotel, solicitaron una garantía que ahora el banco debería devolver ... no nos habían solicitado nunca esa garantía...

Excellent and well-located accommodation, but I wouldn't return because of the deposit issue
Pros:

Small hotel, well located, silent and quite comfortable; almost a boutique hotel.
Few rooms per floor (the floor where I stayed only had 4 apartments). Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels.
Satisfactory breakfast with all the main options: juices, milk, coffee, fruit, sliced ​​whole wheat and regular bread, croissants, croissants, yogurt, cornflakes, etc.

Cons:

Although I have no complaints about the rooms, there were some issues:

1) I was charged $306 instead of the $289 stated on the Booking.com reservation, even after showing the Booking.com reservation to the employee.

2) The hotel charges a security deposit to cover damages. I've never seen a hotel charge this before.

I thought they would place an Authorization Hold on my credit card, like for car rentals; I presented three different cards, all with sufficient balance, and which had already been extensively used on that trip to Argentina, and they were refused. But the hotel wasn't going to place an Authorization Hold; the hotel simply wanted the complete details (card number + expiration date + CVV code) of a valid credit card.

I refused because, if the card details were used for fraud, I could cancel it, but in my country, the rules for canceling fraudulent charges on a card do not cover cases where the cardholder provided the card's CVV to third parties. Furthermore, I wouldn't be able to use the card before returning to my city and getting a new one from my bank. Because of all this, the hotel's requirement implied a risk I couldn't take.

It was 11:30 PM and I was with my family waiting to check into our room after a tiring day of travel. So they accepted the deposit of two $100 bills (they only gave me a receipt for those bills the next day), and we were finally able to check into our rooms.

When I left the hotel two days after, they returned the bills to me the moment I checked out; curiously, the employee at the counter handed me the bills without asking a staff member to check the room for any damage. But wasn't that what the deposit was for? Go figure.
