Le réceptionniste est très gentil

Cons:

Il manque d’isolation. On entendait beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs et dans les chambres voisines

L'emplacement

Cons:

Les oreillers sont trop durs ! Très inconfortable pour dormir !
Et le chauffage impossible à éteindre dans la salle de bain. Obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre car il faisait trop chaud !!!

El personal era muy simpático y muy amigable, ubicación muy buena cerca de uno cuantos restaurante , incluso hay pone un mercado cerca

Cons:

Lo único malo que puedo destacar ( aunque esto depende de cada persona) es que escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones y incluso del paso por los pasillos y escaleras

Ils donnent de fausses informations aux clients.
J’ai envoyé un mail à l’établissement avant que je réserve pour demander si ils ont un parking disponible avec des bornes de recharge pour les voitures électriques, ils ont répondu oui. Et à l’arrivée ils m’ont demandé d’aller me garer dans un parking public du 19eme siècle a côté avec la barrière cassée et sans bornes de recharge ! Et la personne ne s’excuse même pas pour la situation!
L’odeur de l’établissement est insupportable et le chauffage ne fonctionne pas, trop de bruit à l’intérieur du bâtiment (pas d’isolation sonore entre les couloirs et les chambres, et entre les chambres)

Pros:

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le personnel qui était très gentil et très accueillant.
Nous étions 3 la chambre était propre, très belle salle de bain, lit confortable,
Si je réserve de nouveaux sur paris je n’hésiterai pas à retourner dans cet hôtel ☺️
