Nice comfortable room plenty of tea coffee and milk lovely comfortable room shower over the bath rooms looking a little tired

The hotel is lovely with a very comfy room. The staff were lovely and helpful.
We had dinner in the restaurant with friends which was fabulous and very reasonably priced.
The only issue is lack of a car park but there are some close by and the area is fairly noisy with a delivery at 4.30am right outside the window of our room!!! This was not great but guess the hotel cannot be held responsible for delivery times.
Overall a good stay and would come again but just bring ear plugs.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Market Rasen. Spotlessly clean, lovely room, comfy bed with a nice bathroom. Food was quality, reasonably priced. We have eaten gere before but this was our first stay, it won't be the last

Great stay please to stay and the restaurant food is really good. Only issue is parking.

Great service

Staff friendly and allowed early check in. Room was clean but showing signs of wear on decor. Wallpaper starting to peel and skirting chipped.
Carpet could do with replacing.
Breakfast was lovely, good portion ( additional cost)
Overall room was quiet and bed comfy.
Nice sunny beer garden to rear
Please note: this hotel doesnt have a cark park. Cars to be parked in publoc cark park to rear of property.

Be aware no lifts have to walk upstairs. But pub and restaurant downstairs good food really nice staff. Parking opposite if you are lucky is free but later in evening usually. Otherwise paid lots are free after 6 close by. Narrow streets. Have to be used to being in England for this!
