Pros:

Very clean, very quiet. Not in a busy part of town. Had a nice breakfast. I also got to check in earlier than standard check in time.

Cons:

Did need a little updating. Older furniture and bedding and carpet. However still very comfortable.

The stay was ok need to do better cleaning and the hot water on the 3 rd floor was not very adequate
Pros:

The lady that checked us in was really nice. She was very accommodating to our request to change rooms

Cons:

The first room 106 was not up to par. There was what appeared to be evidence of bed bugs.

Clean and acceptable room for the price
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and acceptable. Location was close to the venue I was required to be in (Museum of Cherokee People).

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic and could have been much better (eggs, cheese, fresh fruit). The room was cold and required me to turn on the heater. Hotel felt a little bit dated.

TV didn’t work. Employee would not or could not help. I did not have a TV the whole day the room did not look like it had been vacuumed. There was paper on the floor. There was mold inside of the heater/AC so I woke up to snow and no heat because I couldn’t use the heater because there was mold in the vents. I received a unsolicited wake up. Call to see if I was awake by management who said there was nothing they could do about not having a TV after the whole day of me not having a TV but if I wanted to come back, they would make for sure I had a TV that worked. I will never stay there again. I don’t advise anyone to stay there again. Service was horrible room was horrible. I walked in the room. It smelled like cigars then all night long. Someone was cooking Indian food. It smelled like horrible horrible horrible worst stay ever!
