Pros:

I volunteer at the tennis facility off highway seventy one it's very convenient.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit is too loud. The temperature kept fluctuating to where I had to keep readjusting to keep the temperature comfortable.

If you only need a place for the night then I recommend your car or somewhere else. The staff was rude and unhelpful

This dump isn’t worth the money, you couldn’t pay me to stay there again.
Pros:

Other than the location, I struggle to find something positive.

Cons:

1/2 the lights in our 1st room didn’t work, 2nd room had mold, 3rd room had plumbing issues. Front desk clerk just kept giving us rooms without checking them, we had to do it. There was no manager there either. As I checked out, clerk was on his cell phone, never asked if everything was ok and when I told him the place was a “utter disappointment,” he just looked at me. The staff clearly doesn’t care about the guests and their experience at all.

Frugal Stay for Pleasure
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Water was plentiful and hot. Very quiet inside of the hallway. Close to Kings Island and the Lindner Tennis Center. Price was very fair. Beds were firm and comfortable.

Cons:

Tub was discolored and hair was left from previous stay in floor. Not enough towels for 4 people. Universal remote to the TV was hard to operate. Room was a little noisy from the nearby highway. Carpet in hallway in front of room had not been swept.

Great convenient location, newly renovated.including breakfast..free parking..

Friendly staffs. Could improve a bit on breakfast. We stayed 5 nights. Same crack broiled eggs and sausages only.

Still very satisfactory.

Cons:

The smoke alarm in my room was hanging off the wall. The window apparently couldn’t be sealed, so some paper towels were shoved into the void. The water was out in the hotel the first night, with no notice when I walked in, I found out when I got to my room. The “free breakfast?”: The pre-made fried eggs(if they were even real eggs) were still frozen! Bad enough that I wasn’t told there was no maid-service, but after the second night I had no clean towels, and no paper coffee cups, just the thin plastic ones for water. The air-conditioning unit sounded like a freight train, no “good night sleep” here! Calling Wyndham Customer Service is useless, just throw “points” my way. I’d have to stay at Wyndham again to use them . . . NOT HAPPENING!

Pros:

Cleanliness Spacious, breakfast included, location, helpful staff, indoor pool and hottub

Cons:

Water was out for a few hours one night when we came back from park ready for a shower but things happen, pool was closed first night for maintenance and refilling, open next day but was too cold to swim in and hot tub was not working but these things happen
