Bed sheets were filthy desk clerk gave me clean sheet and I changed it.
Mattress cover had old blood stains.

Nice hotel for the price you pay

Cons:

Indoor pool is not heated and freezing, facilities definitely need updated but were overall clean.

I couldn’t recommend this to anyone especially for the price.
Pros:

We liked the location, but we had a severe cleanliness issue that is still yet to be resolved 2 days AFTER EARLY CHECKOUT from sickness due to smell and dirty bathroom.

Cons:

Dirty bathroom, items left from previous guest. We weren’t sure the room was even clean.

Pros:

Location and price were good. Hot tub and free breakfast were a bonus.

Cons:

Mold on ceiling of shower. Linens were stained. Looks like it needs updated. Hand soap and body wash both did not work.

Cons:

Noisey people up above us. I called 3 times to the front desk nothing was ever resolved kept hearing the noises all night from the room above us. Bed was hard. Blood stain blanket on the bed. Hair in tub and on shower curtain.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Hot tub was cold. Breakfast was good but the food that should've been warm was cold like eggs, sausage and other things.

No ice machines were working and the hot tub was not hot. chlorine was way too high and burned your eyes when you walked in the pool room

I have to say I am rarely disappointed and I did not want to make a fuss but my daughter brought to the front service desk at least 3 times over a 2 day stay that the pool nor hot tub was warm. The website nor service rep stated any issues. Just real crummy that you treat your daughter and few friends for a little spring break getaway and the most enjoyable part was not so enjoyable. 😔
