Clean and great location.
Pros:

Room was clean. Hotel general areas (hallways, elevator, lobby) looked and smelled clean. Located right across parking lot from train station so we were able to catch train to downtown in 20 minutes.

Pros:

Convenient area, beds were comfy.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t amazing, but it’s a hotel breakfast. The shower was pretty dirty. Water pressure and temperature isn’t great either.

Affordable, but not exactly the cleanest or most comfortable
Pros:

I liked the variety of food at breakfast. Having the self-serve waffle maker was a nice touch.
This hotel was also one of the more affordable options in the area and seemingly had a lot of good reviews.
The other guests abided by the 9PM-9AM quiet hours, and I have no complaints about the noise levels.

Cons:

As soon as I checked in, the front desk staff member made a comment saying it looked like I was already checked in (I was not, but it may be relevant to something that happened later) and warned me not to get the room keys too close to my smart watch or electronics because they were “janky” and prone to resetting. Not exactly a comforting first impression.

The room itself was seemingly ready for me, but I later noticed a chocolate-covered nut or something on the floor which I mistook for a cockroach, and a candy wrapper under the bed. There were crumbs in a dresser drawer that was left open. The shelf that had the mini fridge in it was missing some of the veneer, which suggested previous water damage. When I took a bath later in the evening, I noticed several strands of dark hair stuck in the drain.

Around 10:30, just after I’d had my bath, the phone in my room rang (I didn’t answer) and soon after, the same staff member was at my door, informing me there was some big mixup with the reservations and I’d been given the handicap accessible room by mistake. She asked if I wanted to keep the room, which I did, seeing as I’d already unpacked, bathed, and was wearing my pajamas. There was no problem with this, but it left me very confused.

I didn’t sleep especially well, which wasn’t a problem in itself, but the bed was also rather stiff.

All in all, a very middling hotel experience but considering the good reviews I had seen online, I was taken aback by the less than thorough cleaning and the apparent “janky”ness of the technology.

You get what you pay for...
Pros:

It was our cheapest option near Cleveland for a one night stay for a concert. Plenty of free parking available, including a few designated spots for Veterans.

Cons:

Hotel generally did not smell clean, both in the lobby and our room, which had a faint cigarette smell. King mattress on the bed felt worn out and the pullout mattress from the couch was uncomfortably firm. We had to go to the front desk to ask for bedding for the pullout even though our reservation was for 3, so it should have already been in the room. The shower tub had a standing pool of sandy/rusty looking water in it when we checked in. Hotel charges a $75 deposit when you check in, but doesn't refund it until 7-10 days after checkout!
