It had a roof and walls

There were long black dog hairs all over all the bedding and the staff just made excuses that its too hard to get good cleaning services.

Great Price, Clean room, Comfortable beds, and awesome shuttle service!
Pros:

Everything went well! The best thing was that they advised us to return our rental car the night before our early morning flight. They picked us up from the rental return, and they took us to the airport for our flight! They also suggested that we try a Mexican Restaurant that was within a few blocks from the motel. It was some of the best Mexican food we have ever eaten, and we were able to store the leftovers in our room re-fridge, and warm up the leftovers in the room microwave. I only wish we would have spent a few extra days in Cleveland. There was so much more we could have seen. Great accommodations!

Easy check in, pleasant staff

Cons:

Drove 9hr and arrived at 8:30 pm. Just wanted to get some rest. The beds had dirty sheets on both beds but were made up to look like they had been done. When I went to the front desk to ask for a room change they said they didn't have any rooms available but they could give me clean sheets for me to make up the beds. I didn't drive 9 hours to then have to make up my own beds.
