Need someone other that a General manager that is willing to look at billing issues
Pros:

Had a Smoking fee of $500 on our bill. The front desk stated its a detector thats in the room that sent their system an alert. Clearly technology can sometimes malfunction especially when no one in the room is a smoker. The employees stated they cannot change the bill without their General manager Jason Petrich. I have left Jason 5 voicemails and have called hotel 8 times to try and reach him. He will not take phone calls or return them.

Convenience to the airport with airport shuttle.

Cons:

Employees dress code and appearance was not professional. Had many issues with the keyless entry cards, had to get them redone 3 different times. Had to request coffee pots to be filled on 2 different occasions. Elevators are very slow, seems the hotel needs some upgrades.

Beds very uncomfortable with springs popping up, bathroom dirty, no hot water (not even warm) was told to let run for a few minutes...did that to no avail. Told management to n ot charge my CC as I'm getting outta here! Was there maybe 1 hour...he** hole!
