Restroom not clean, pubic hair on toilet and floor and in shower. When pulled blanket back, food crumbs on sheet. No cold water. Missing door to refrigerator compartment. PLEASE CLEAN MORE THOROUGHLY. SMH

Unprofessional staff
Pros:

Cleanliness.

Cons:

The one particular kitchen staff had a very unwelcoming attitude and walking around stating how she's gonna get a another staff and talking negatively about whoever the staff was. Description of the worker is black, thin build with tiny braids up in a ponytail. Just very unprofessional.

Pros:

The staff and lady that checked us in on June 19th was very nice.

Cons:

We knew airplanes were close since its a airport hotel, but the noise was unpeaceful. The air conditioning unit was very loud, the fan in the bathroom was loud and mixed with the airplanes flying over the hotel (which was expected). Room 212 was not a peaceful experience.
