Pros:

Convenience, affordable, location. Great stay.

Cons:

The guest. Walked very hard over head. Had to move to 3rd floor.

Room next door, loud people, drunken at late night. TV loud. Awaken from sleep due to noises.

You get what you pay for here, decent staff but that’s the only redeeming factor.
Pros:

Convenient location in heart of independence close to downtown. Helpful, courteous staff.

Cons:

The first room I was given was filled with bugs both alive and dead. The elevator seemed to be in need of repair and paused for far too long. The carpet in the hallways was coming up.

Pros:

The location was great for the purpose of our stay. Close to restaurants also.

Cons:

Air conditioner did not cool our room even though thermostat was set on 65°. There was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower. Plenty of conditioner.

Poor quality not worth the price
Pros:

Conveniently lcated next to Winking Lizard.

Cons:

Cost was way more than what the stay was worth given the lackluster quality of the property. Overall was run down and things looked unkempt. Breakfast was nothing but high carb items. No proteins.

Cons:

Found areas in the room that weren’t clean, the coffee area, mirrors were dirty, the shower could have been cleaner and had low water pressure. There was no soap in the hand soap dispenser.
