The manager can and changed the soap and gave me extra towels and cover.
The bedding was dirty and there was no soap in shower or bathroom sink. The bathtub was old and dirty and sunk in while showering.
I was disappointed to find a visible stain on the bed when I arrived. It looked like only the comforter had been changed, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness. For a comfortable and hygienic stay, I would expect the bedding to be thoroughly cleaned and properly checked before guests check in.
Checked in around 3 PM and left by 4:30 PM — the room was completely filthy.
Every surface (doors, desk, closet) had visible grime and smudges, the bedding and pillows were stained, and the HVAC unit was full of buildup and debris. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all.
We felt uncomfortable immediately and couldn’t stay. We documented everything with photos and left within 90 minutes.
Despite this, Wyndham refused to issue a refund.
Unacceptable cleanliness and even more disappointing customer service.

I didn't find the staff welcoming. There were some dirty areas in parts of the room, such as fluid stains on the bed board and walls. The bathroom and the rest of the room was fine. It was quiet and I slept well.
Filthy hotel, smelled like body odor, mold and mildew covered up by awful perfume. Black mold on ceiling, stained mattresses and bedding. Elevator broken. Hairdryer broken. No water pressure in shower. No housekeeping. Noisy. Would not recommend.

A lot of little things that were irritating (like no towels or Kleenex when we arrived in our room.
