Pros:

Out of everything I'd say the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The second floor is where we stayed and the people above us at 2:30 am to about 5 am walking around consistently. Our second night we didn't receive any towels or anything and never seen one staff cleaning.

The place smelled like smoke, old food and room was uncomfortably unclean. I will never come back here.

Cons:

The place smelled like smoke and burnt food. No one was at the front desk to greet you when you arrive. The toilet in our room had not been flushed before entering. The bathroom was disgusting. There was a dead bug on the window and it’s was overall unclean and bad experience.

Quick in and out stay that wasn’t pleasant

Close to cleveland stadiums

Cons:

Toilet didn’t flush properly and a/c in suite room not working. Desk person said I could not get a receipt because I did not pay them. Said the credit card number on file belonged to booking.com. Gave me a receipt for proof of stay with zero charge.
