Pros:

Was not happy with was offered for breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast was not very appealing. Fake eggs, NO MEAT. Not a very big selection to choose from. We ended up going to Bob Evens for breakfast. Being the name I guess I was expecting better.

Dirty. We left and did not stay. The place was a dump. The furniture was falling apart, gross handprints on the walls, shredded carpets, holes in the walls and blood on the comforter.

We just traveled to WY from MA for 4 weeks. This was our first hotel of MANY. It was so dirty I didn’t want to stay. The carpets in the hallways were so disgusting, we wouldn’t put anything down to open the door. The carpets in the room were not much better.
Trash was overflowing the trash receptacles as you entered the building. The side door was propped open, so we shut it. Only to find it didn’t lock.
The area for breakfast was such a mess. The tables were filthy and the counters were covered with food, used utensils, and napkins.
We were charged $100 for incidentals (only charged at one other Wyndham property). I was told it would be credited back to my account in 7-10 business days. That never happened.
I didn’t want to stay at another Wyndham property after that. However, I did give it another try, and thankfully the rest were better. I try to find the silver lining in all cases, however, there wasn’t any silver linings for this review.

I will not return to this hotel.
Pros:

The desk clerk was very accommodating. The first room assigned had a strong odor of cat urine, and the clerk readily moved me to another room.

Cons:

Overall the facility had a rundown, unclean appearance. The hall carpet was stained. The breakfast space was small and cramped. I did not eat breakfast there.

Our air conditioner was leaking on the carpeting and they wouldn’t let us change rooms. The shampoo and conditioner holders were empty when I got in the shower. Our window on the 4th floor was broken and would not close all the way. Just a property that looks like it could use some maintenance!

I will not stay here again.

Quite place to stay.

Cons:

The carpets in the hallways are very dirty. The elevator was dirty. Overall it needs a good cleaning. Breakfast was decent but they have wheat products in the same heating tray as the gluten free food. Cross contamination is possible. Maintenance man walked into the room without knocking.

Pros:

Hotel looks a little worn (carpet on first floor really needs cleaning) and fitness center was really rundown—remote for tv was broken and handrails on treadmill were loose.

I have never had to fill out a preregistration form quite like the one this property asked for. And breakfast was pretty weak.

But lots of plugs and outlets, fridge in room, so decent overall.

Good for the price!
Pros:

The price was good compaired to others. The hot tub was fine until you turned it on. The beds were pretty good but small…

Cons:

I wish there was a two queen room option …if there is it wasn’t available for our night.

Hot tub-let’s see..it was murky! But when you turned the jets on it had these really big suds and smelled like the cleaning products that they used throughout the hotel??? I pray I am wrong but it smelled identical to it! Please look into this! It could be dangerous! And expensive since I would think it could ruin it.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Our stay here was wonderful. We've been traveling and I didn't make a reservation in advance, but they had a room available. YAY! The front desk attendant was so nice and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable and spacious as well. It had a microwave and refrigerator, which was perfect for warming up our leftovers for dinner. We had a great night's sleep. The breakfast is the morning had scrambled eggs, biscuits, waffles, etc. It was very nice! The front desk and all staff were so nice and helpful, too. This was a great place to stay and we would like to come back to visit again. It's very close to the Cuyahoga National Park, too. Highly recommend! :)
