did not like location and motel appearance, the sheets in my room were not changed from last person that slept in the bed, will never use this motel chain again.
The room was ok
The pool area was filthy, the rollaway beds were not comfortable, the hallways were dirty. Very crowded. Our bathroom was not very clean when we arrived.

We got a refund and left. We came MAINLY for the hot tub and pool. We NEVER get to do things like this. We wanted a night to ourselfs and to RELAX. I understand the pool is for everyone. But the kids were running and jumping and the sign says not to. I told the girl at the desk and she did nothing about it. Kids all in the hot tub and no room for anyone else and they were splashing. It seemed like it was a birthday party. So if it was then it should've been reserved for that event only and they should've let guests know ahead of time. We are going through alot in our life's and im not trying to give a sob story but we just wanted one night, just one to get out of the house and relax. They were willing to keep the pool open later for us but my husband barely had but 2 hrs of sleep and wouldn't be able to stay up that long. I appreciate the refund. But I feel like more needs to be done. I went to feel the temp of the pool and before I did I wash splashed and told my husband I didnt have to dip my foot in anymore because the kid did it for me. So really, im very upset. I NEVER complain, I've never been the one to send food back that came out wrong. I dont try to be rude ever. I never complain. But im just very very upset.

The location was great, just off of the i71 north and easy to get right back on again. Close yet quiet enough. The breakfast was good, hot and a good choice of items. Comfortable chairs too!
We had no dislikes, other than we had to leave the next day for home in ontario!
OMG, I loved the little frig coz it had its own freezer door. We was able to keep our freezer packs ready for the next day!!
The shower spray would get smaller, then it would go normal back and forth. Same with the water temperature.

Chlorine so strong in pool area it burned our eyes and throat couldnt be in area longer 15/20 minutes . Lights in pool were hanging not fonn pool wall pool area needs updated and or maintenance

Affordable and convenient location. Staff was very friendly.
The metal bed frame was a bit too much. If you accidentally kicked it with your foot it sounded like someone hitting a cookie sheet really loud.
This was great place for a weekend cousin reunion of four couples.. had room and time to catch up and enjoy snacks and order pizza. Enjoyable venue for the event.
