Unwelcome rude staff. Dated property
Pros:

Staff were rude, ill-equipped, and not fit to be anywhere near service industry. They had standard answers for everything we requested. We were leaving at 4:45 the next morning to catch a flight and requested a fruit be made available for Suhoor (Ramadan Fast) meal, but was flatly refused. The room itself was very dated, mattress was flimsy and I am glad I only stayed for one night. Definitely not returning again.

It was close to my meeting location.

Cons:

The bathroom wall was filthy, with visible dirt and grime; the look was unclean, and the ceiling was partially moldy, showing spots where paint had bubbles and peeling. The bed on the left side had dark stains on the mattress, suggesting previous spills or neglect. There was also a red spot on the floor in front of the bed, possibly indicating blood or another substance. The refrigerator's ice machine was dented and damaged, with visible dents and scratches. These issues were just a few of the many concerns. A friend recommended this hotel.

Absolutely disgusting
Pros:

When we arrived the guy at the counter was very nice and check in was easy. That’s where the good ended. I always check the sheets when I first enter a room and found hair all over the sheets. Husband went down to the desk as the phone wasn’t working and he was handed sheets and said for us to change them as he was the only worker. We pulled off the sheets and the liner was even more disgusting than the sheets. don’t think that was ever washed. We decided we would not be staying and went to get our money back. They told us they had to charge us for the one night for a cancellation fee!! We literally were in the room 5 min and left and still had to pay for 1/3 nights to cancel. Must be the only way they can make money. Do NOT stay there unless you like sleeping with strangers hair and goo!

Coffee should be available 24hours.. and breakfast should start earlier

Pleasant stay, and a good value as I only spent the night and left early the next morning
Pros:

Everything was good, including the breakfast. Some clients were complaining there were no more eggs available at 9am, but that was okay with me. There were other options. It was a good value for the buck
