Comfortable clean and good value
Pros:

Coffee should be available 24hours.. and breakfast should start earlier

Cons:

Larger breakfast area needed became overcrowded quickly and could not accommodate all the guests

Pleasant stay, and a good value as I only spent the night and left early the next morning
Pros:

Everything was good, including the breakfast. Some clients were complaining there were no more eggs available at 9am, but that was okay with me. There were other options. It was a good value for the buck

Cons:

Bathroom certainly needed updating

All in all, a great stay for the night. Needed something budget friendly with breakfast, it had both
Pros:

The location and items available for the continental breakfast were quite good. Nothing fancy, but definitely more options then I’ve seen in other places. Very friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

Facilities, in particular the bathroom in the rooms, could use some touch up. My bathroom’s shower curtain rod was dangling and looked like it could fall off.

Pros:

The location was convenient and the rooms were relatively clean. The staff were kind. The WiFi was usable, albeit a little slow.

Cons:

The breakfast was bad. The coffee was burnt, and there were very limited breakfast options. The layout of the breakfast itself promoted congestion. The fitness center had incredibly limited space and four old, rusty dumbbells.

It met my needs but left me dissatisfied because of previous good experiences at this property.
Pros:

Location and it was a quiet property.

Cons:

The bathroom was not very clean—tub was broken and sloppily repaired with dripping glue, stained tub in one bathroom & other room tub was not cleaned between previous occupant. Previous stays the rooms were in better condition. AC did not work well, rooms were too warm during both stays. Breakfast was ok but lacked dietary options.

Pros:

Great service and the hotel is close to everything.

Cons:

I was disappointed, our room had so much hair on the bed and pillows that it looked like they hadn't been changed, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. I was so upset that I couldn't use the shower! Thank goodness I had only booked for 1 night, so I could only sleep.

Unacceptably canceled my reservation the day before. Terrible
Pros:

They called to cancel my reservation 1 Day before our reservation. They stated that their system overbooked. I booked this hotel over two months ago. I should have been either chosen to stay or notified well in ADVANCE. My thoughts are they canceled my stay because of the large concert event at Hershey park. They were able to upcharge 3 times as much of what I booked at in advance, so they threw me to the curb. Unacceptable in my opinion. Book somewhere else where you don't have to detour your plans the day before your reservation. Not to mention the receptionist could barely speak English.
