Pros:

The location was perfect for the reason we were out there. This was our 3rd year in a row at this location.

Cons:

The beds were very hard and difficult tho get a good night sleep.

The room was gross
Pros:

The pillows were comfortable

Cons:

Carpet was wet, musty and dirty, couldn’t even take shoes off. Bathroom floor had trash on floor behind door, the bathroom floor was dirty. Mold on walls and ceilings of bathroom

The location was good for us

Cons:

We changed rooms a few times, the first room the tv wouldn’t work, 2nd room tv didn’t work and smelt funny and the last room the the tv worked at first but after the first night it stopped. I wouldn’t use the elevator because it was super slow and was kinda shaky.

El servicio fue medio pésimo; nunca limpiaron ni recogieron las habitaciones, mi hermana era la que tenía que recoger y sacar la basura de la habitación y del baño. Se le comunicaba al manager o a la persona del counter sobre limpiar la habitación, pero nunca lo hicieron. También las tarjetas de la habitación daban problemas que había que ir al counter para ellos lo solucionarán, y lo que decían era que las tarjetas no podía estar cerca de nada magnético como tarjetas de crédito, ni celulares ni llaves de vehículos, porque impedía el acceso a las puertas de habitación, según la persona a cargo del counter…

The entrance was very clean and tidy. The staff were helpful when we asked for extra pillows.

Cons:

There were stains on the ceiling. The mattress on the bed was stained and disgusting. The mattress on the pullout couch was also stained and very worn with holes in it. There were bald spots in the carpet. Bathroom door was messed up, and there were cobwebs in the room.

The stay was disappointing, dirty, and grossed us out.

The woman managing the breakfast was attentive, quick and kind.

Cons:

The entire establishment was not clean, rundown, and outdated. The bathroom in our room was dirty. The floor of the shower was dirty and when I picked up my disinfectant wipe it had brown on it. The shower head... gross. Beyond gross. It had a gel like film of buildup and mold. When we cleaned it ourselves, it was shiny and looked much better... still grossed me out. The handrail in the shower had been attempted to be fixed many times, as you could see the putty and hole still there. We needed extra towels and were told there were no more. How does a hotel not have enough towels?
