Pros:

Cons:

The air unit in the room was so loud that you could hear it in the hallway. They wouldn't do anything about it. Said they were all like that. While housekeeping was working in the morning, I saw that there were several rooms were it didn't rattle.

Best coffee, and comfy beds
Pros:

Clean and safe hotel. Breakfast coffee was the best with each cup made to order and was strong enough to be enjoyable. The shower was amazing with massage like power. The bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient almost right off the interstate but not noisy. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The noisy people next door but that's not the motels fault.

The Magic of this place is that it’s about “family”. The rooms are clean, and well-kept, with tidy, comfortable beds, falling under the guidance and watchful eye of the Matron, where there has been great care taken to welcome you. The staff is a wonderful menage of the best of characters from all walks of life and different parts of the globe. At morning breakfast, you may be greeted by one of them as they arrive to begin their day in gladness. The colorful languages thrown about as confetti of goodness in the air, as all are greeted and welcomed, is a reassurance of the blessings ahead – a day’s worth. Community, continuity and above all, family. Please take care when you arrive, as all good measures have been taken for your stay. The manager is accommodating and helpful, with a ready smile and jovial countenance. The pools are clean and just the right temperature for comfort or refreshment, depending on your need. I have the choice to stay anywhere; I choose to come back here. The world can be a lonely existence right now and having that sense of family around a body and soul can make a world of difference. The pricing is fair and reasonable, being more competitive on the weekends. Please take good care should you choose to stay. This place is a little oasis amidst the chaotic. A light. And before I forget, the charming, Lake Lorraine is a few blocks away. Here, one can stroll the walkway, sit for a stay, or enjoy a little shopping at the plaza across the way. Homeless man hanging out in breakfast area. Staff didn’t seem to notice. Rusty fire alarm. Cramped rooms with mini fridge blocking door.
