Decent value, very good breakfast.
Pros:

Staff were kind. Location is good. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good. Exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

Hotel is a bit old and could definitely use a sprucing up. Bathroom/shower are small.

Clean, Friendly, Great Price
Pros:

The price was great, when planning a long trip and only needing a place to stay overnight, this location fit the bill. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were great. There were no odd smells. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to end a day of being in the car. It is right next door to an IHOP, so dinner is an easy decision (plus they give a discount when you show your room key)
The breakfast was adequate to get our day started. The coffee was available all day.

Cons:

It is obvious that the building is older, and with that comes some minor issues, that don't take away from the experience but do explain the lower price point. The hallway carpet looks worn and tired. There are a few tiles missing around the pool. The showers (we stayed two separate nights on our SD vacation) would spray in funny directions or have low pressure. Again, overall, these are minor and the price for what you get can't be beat.

Pros:

I always stay here. Very nice staff, clean rooms comfortable beds, convenient location for me.
The price is fair, they have a pool/ hot tub. Free breakfast in the morning. My ho to place when I'm in Sioux Falls.

Dangerous bath tub!
