Best Western Plus Cleveland Inn & Suites

Great, clean spot. A surprise - was a step up for sure on normal Best Westerns and was a nice respite.

Very nice facility and the desk clerk was very helpful. Highly recommend staying here,I know we will again! Just off the interstate and close to restaurants.

Great breakfast, great location, comfortable bed. Great shower. The front desk clerk was such a joy to work with and gave great coffee shop recommendations!

This hotel is right next-door to three or four other chain hotels, one of which had an early morning fire alarm. But not this one! The one really big plus at this hotel as it has literally the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! It was like sleeping on a cloud! The room comes with shampoo and conditioner, and body soap on the wall in the shower. And soap and hand lotion on the wall by the sink. This seems to be the new trend and all the hotels that we stayed at on the East Coast(5 total). It’s very efficient and keeps everything cleaner than the old bars of soap, but I could also see where people might be a little grossed out by it. The staff was polite and the room was immaculate. The hotel is very easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was extensive(note that there are breakfast options on the one side of the room, but also on the other . I tell you that because I almost missed the stuff on the other side of the room!lol) Because of all that I gave her a five star rating.

The hotel is always very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Outside of arriving and having the front desk girl be less than friendly and finding out the pool was closed (please post your closings) we were quite pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and overall cost. One of your night employees brought us bagels the day we left to say how sorry he was. Very nice!

The property looked clean overall but room smelled musty. Carpets seemed old, and the space was a bit cramped for two people to have a place for clothes & suitcases.

The place was very clean and quiet, staff was nice. The bedroom a/c kept turning back up to 80 degrees and we had it set on 70 while we slept. Concerning

cleaning service didn't come. requested. breakfast had no supervision. no one refilled supplies. will not come back.

Everything was great! The only negative thing I can say is the shower needed a bit of TLC. Didn’t look like it had been given a good clean in a while. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great location ,just off expressway..well kept area. Staff was super nice, breakfast was nice,good selection, with pancakes and waffles machines available. Great selection of food..Pool area was nice and clean,good size pool to relax. We would definitely stay here again when traveling towards Chattanooga.

It was just right for our stay.

The hotel was conveniently situated. Parking was easy. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
