This was not a quality LaQuinta hotel! Drove in and turned right back out. Lots of homeless hanging outside, broken down car, and tractor trailers. Did not feel safe and refused to stay!
Everywhere is dirty , dirty and dirty , not comfortable
Renovations were taking place. No pool, no fitness center, no ice, poor breakfast. There should have been a warning about these renovations taking place. Very unprofessional.
Because of remodeling the outside area was scary…. But the inside was clean and quiet and the staff was super friendly
This place should be torn down. Crates in the lobby longer than the girl has worked there. Hallway carpets were worn and filthy. No covers on the beds other than sheets, cockroaches in the bath tub. We refused to stay there. Worst hotel I have ever walked into!!
The appearance of the property was disgusting. The front desk apologised for it being a mess, but it didn’t measure up to the standards of the LaQuinta properties I have stayed in the past.
This place should not even be allowed to book patrons! The carpets are disgusting. My room door would not lock. I pulled the sheets back to find the mattress had multiple rings of urine stains, a large blood stain and food all over the mattress. The toilet had urine in it. The chair was broken. You couldn’t even see out of the window due to dirt! There was something brown all over the wall. The baseboards were hanging off the wall. The ceiling was splattered with something, the ceiling plaster was missing in large areas. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. The attendant had to call the boss who then had her go to the room to make sure I hadn’t messed it up, as if anything I could have done to it would have made it worse! They insisted on having my credit card on file which I refused. I had to contact Priceline to get the refund and get them to contact the hotel. The parking lot was covered with trash. The outside of the building has mold and filth all over the outside. It’s so nasty. It should not be in business. They tell you it’s under a “major renovation”. Well it should be shut down until it’s done. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Save your money. If you’re looking for something in the same price range, go to America’s Best in the same town. It’s not far away from this place and it’s at least clean and safe!
Do not recommend, very dirty rooms falling apart and no value for breakfast
Semi canisters all over the place. Hard to park. Due to construction floors were filthy. I had to lay down towels to walk on the floors.
Grass was overgrown by the pool and it was not working. Ice machine was not working. Breakfast cereal was stale. No eggs like advertised, just microwavable, sausage patties.
Stale water in the refrigerator.
I have a service dog. They charged me twenty five dollars for her, and my dog iscleaner than that floor was
Breakfast says they have eggs and it was excellent there was noneThere were Microwavable biscuits bread was awful.
Store bought croissants, cereal was stale. Water was stale sitting in the. Refrigerator?
This place was not clean and not much was offered for breakfast. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful.
We did not find out that the hotel was under construction until we arrived. The photos for this property had to be of another location. It had a horrible odor throughout the building.
Property was quiet with no noted disturbances
Property is in the midst of renovation. Property is old; I understand the situation and am not critical of staff nor owner for the property’s appearances.
When I booked, I was not informed that this property was under renovation. I think that the "renovation" condition was an understatement. No guest should have been accepted until at least the common areas were up to LaQuinta standards. It is clear that this hotel had been previously trashed and certainly not ready for guests. Dirty old hallway carpets with many stains, doors and door jambs needing paint, ceilings with plaster falling down, etc., were some things I experienced. There was no working ice machine, breakfast was limited, and the exercise room and other public areas were also off limits to customers.
The property needs a lot of work. The carpet in the halls was filthy. The hotel seemed old and run down. It did look like they were either about to remodel or in the middle of remodeling. I wouldn't recommend staying here until it has finished being remodeled.
.
I recently stayed at LaQuinta and had an incredibly disappointing experience. This hotel needs to be condemned or shut down until it is completely remodeled. The carpets were filthy, both in the hallway and the room we stayed in. There was no hot water, which is a basic necessity for any hotel stay.
Additionally, large boxes cluttered the entranceway and breakfast room, creating an unwelcoming and unsafe environment. The walls were a mess, with large watermarks and cracks, and the ceiling was in poor condition. Our room was on the second floor, and I felt genuinely concerned for our safety.
I believe there are multiple health violations and possibly fire violations as well. This hotel is a significant safety concern. We only stayed for a few hours before deciding to get back on the road. If it hadn't been the Fourth of July weekend, we wouldn't have stayed even that long.
I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until these serious issues are addressed.
This has to be the worst of La Quinta Inn's properties. So run down, they said they are renovating, but it needs all new of everything.
Very rundown. Hotel is under renovation. The staff did the best they could with what they had to work with. Hotel doesn’t need renovation, it needs a bulldozer. I’m surprised La Quinta allows their name on it.
Nothing
It looked like a condemned building on the outside, and it was far worse on the inside. It was utterly disgusting. Shame on La Quinta for the condition of this building.
