DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! BLACK MOLD BED BUGS AND FINGER NAIL CLIPPINGS

The guy working the desk when we checked in was super nice helpful. But that's the only thing we liked.

Cons:

As soon as we got to Room 430 we noticed the room wasn't cleaned properly there was so many things wrong my Husband took his phone out and started documenting things. There was stains on the bed pillows and pillow cases. There was hair on the bed cover. There were food crumbs all over the mattress. The shower ceiling was covered in mold and was painted over instead of cleaned and removed. There was 3 picture frames hanging on the wall and all 3 had huge amounts of mold inside the frame. The couch in the suite was a pullout when removed the pillows There was dirt food crumbs and what I believe was finger nail clippings in the pullout couch. When we brought it to the hotel attention the guy at the desk didn't believe me I told him my husband took pictures and videos of the room and I told him I'd be glad to show him. His excuse was that we are in the middle of a remodel and he we take a percentage off my bill. So today I called the hotel to ask when my refund would be processed he told me that we had 30 minutes after checking into the room to report any issues and I won't be receiving a partial refund he only told me that because I was checking out and he didn't want a face to face problem. I told him that my husband is going to leave a honest review and post the pictures and videos of the room to warn others to not stay there he proceeded to threaten me if we post any reviews or pictures we won't get any of our money back. This place is not up to health department codes and I will be reporting that to the health department.

Location was fine

Cons:

Bathroom cleaned but left previous persons hair clip in shower. How do you miss that? Stain on side of bed sheets. Breakfast was terrible, biscuits were hard.

The free breakfast was appalling. No hot food and the area had been left in a real state by other users. We went next door to Cracker Barrel.
