Good price and large room

Cons:

The large deposit that is held on the card, it’s more than what the room was worth. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were flat.

Room was practically dirt cheap, but you get what you pay for

Check in was easy, staff was prompt and helpful, but most importantly it was super cheap.

Cons:

Room was overall not very clean and sanitary. Bathtub was dripping and had a small pool of water when I first arrived. There was black stuff in the water.

Honestly I did not like anything besides the view of the Great Smokies

Cons:

There was no breakfast even though the website says there is. Only coffee and orange juice from 7am-10am. The beds were super uncomfortable and the sheets just seemed unclean.

I enjoyed the hospitality but my stay could have been a lot better.

I like the room, the staff was friendly and the location was good.

Cons:

No smoking area in the hotel. No breakfast, no balcony and put an 80 dollar hold on customers credit cards due to in your words a none smoking hotel.
