Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Needed painting. Do not like the fact you had to give a $80.00 deposit to make sure you did no damage to a run-down hotel, hoping you will get it back. To high of a price for this place. Will not stay here again.

Like staying in a poorly maintained Frat House!
Pros:

Nice staff and smelled clean. AC worked well. Good location. Can't tell more good because not anymore good.

Cons:

Oh so much, bed was so very hard, the shower was painted & peeling, hand bar in shower loose, soap & shampoo provided was poor quality, towels were thin, pillows were useless, head board was slashed and the gap between matress (not on box springs) was more than 8", could hear everything going on above and around us, and carpet in hallway freayed.

Quiet hotel, nice location.
Pros:

Room was fine. Liked the deck/porch area outside.

Cons:

We never got clean towels the next day. The toilet ran. The mini fridge froze everything.

It wasn't worth the $135 a night. Maybe $49.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The ladies working the front desk were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The full size refrigerator was noisy. The toilet needed the float replaced, it ran a lot. The tub faucet was loose as well as the water line to the shower head. The nightstand light worked intermittently. The furnishings were old and worn. There was a metal frame rack in the bathroom that looked like something they picked up at Walmart. Poor maintenance throughout the facility. I went down to get coffee and there was two residential 12 cup coffee makers they were using to accommodate the entire hotel. There were several people waiting on coffee that was taking quite a while to brew. Once brewed it was gone quite rapidly. Just a bad experience.

Pretty good; quiet set back off main road.
Pros:

Check in, no problems. Room cleanliness was fine. Set off the main road a hundred yards or so, so it was quiet.

Hallway appearance. Looked like it needed cleaning, or perhaps repainting. Lighting color
