Was a decent stay
Pros:

The affordability of our stay and the location

Cons:

The fact we were woken up by the housekeeper telling us we had checked out already on our third day when we had paid for 4 days and never received any time of apology for their mistake.

I hated it never coming back nothing works and it All was mold

Everything, nothing in our room worked.. the coffee machine, hair dryer AND the mini fridge didn’t work the shower had mold in it!! Even the tub had mold I honestly feel like it was just a waste of money for $400 and I felt like the communication was awful we had call to ask if the pool was open and I was told “uhm yeah?” So we go and to the pool which looked like the only nice thing there and as soon as we get in we got kicked out of the pool because it was “closed” and “getting work done” with the ENTIRE 3 Days we stayed no one person worked on the pool I feel like we were cheated out of the money and I wish we could get a refund because our room was AWFUL

Beds comfortable

Cons:

Charged $80 & $250 for my service dog. We checked out on Wednesday and still have not gotten the $250 back. Called hotel and was told manager not on weekend duty and they had to wait for manager to release. Asked when manager would be on duty this coming Monday. Again was told they didn't know, the manager doesn't have a schedule. SERIOUSLY!?!?!?

How cheap it was

Cons:

Tub and toilet kept running the entire time, plus paint was peeling off the tub. Not to mention the air conditioner barely worked snd was leaking out on the floor.
