Dissapointing
Pros:

The bedding and towels are of a very high quality. The bedroom is tastefully decorated.

Cons:

There was no seating area as advertised on booking.com for the standard room. The bathroom needs serious maintenance. Most of the fittings and tge toilet seat were loose. There was mould on the ceiling. The blinds were broken and could not keep the light out. The service at our dinner was extremely poor and the dining room was very hot.

A true 5 star Stay
Pros:

Service was lovely… we came in late and tired but we were greeted with smiles and was offered assistance with luggage. The rooms were spacious, clean and lovely, Breakfast was great, the only thing I would have asked for were more greens please, otherwise everything was great.
