Okay for the price
Pros:

Staff had excellent customer service. We never felt like a bother to them. They were accommodating as much as possible. The location is very convenient and the price was affordable. Good breakfast options.

Cons:

The rooms were very poorly cleaned. Both toilet papers were almost empty. There was a nail file in the microwave and it needed to be wiped down badly. Everything is outdated but functional. There was a few hairs in the tub. Floors were not swept
