hotel for drug users and homeless people

Cons:

The room was not cleaned it had drugs needles weed crack and cocaine dirty and outside it had homeless people hanging around not a safe place for a single mother with 4 kids on a 12hr drive. I spoke to the front desk and manager and was advised to contact 3rd party booking website. All they could do was offer a different room.

Pros:

The break fast very poor no coffee. Very dirty everything and it’s look like third world country. Like in Africa. Location was good.

Cons:

They clean the room but left the garbage behind the door and the garbage was all over the floor. AC was in a very bad condition and too much dust. And it wasn’t working. Very bad and very sad I won’t go there anymore.

Facility was smelly right from entrance to room. Sleeper sofa was old and had several holes. The bed sheet was ripped off. We hardly spent 5 minutes in room, we checked out immediately. Would not recommend ever. I feel sorry to leave this comment, but this may be helpful for future guests. Another sad part is I'm still fighting for my refund!

Worst stay I’ve had at a la Quinta.
Pros:

The location wasn’t too bad. And the staff was very friendly and tried to help us.

Cons:

The room was nasty. There was a broken beer bottle in the fridge. It looked like no one even swept or vacuumed the room. The office chair had a burnt hole in it. There was a dried nicotine patch in the floor. It just was nasty. Stains all over the floor. The top latch on the door was also broken off.

Do not stay here. Choose the La Quinta across the street by the Comfort Inn

Nothing, but a place to rest.

Cons:

The place is falling apart. Visable structural damage upon arrival. Some rooms were marked with paper written on them. Room had no remote for the TV. Sink faucet needs to be fixed. Carpet by sink held down by a screw. Ceiling above shower starting to sag. A man posing as staff knocked on my door saying, I dropped one of my key cards, key card did not work. Breakfast was stated to be from 6-9 am, yet there was no breakfast and had lights off upon arrival at 6:10. No reception staff to check out with.
