La Quinta by Wyndham Houston NW Brookhollow

Room had an unpleasant smell. I am disabled but forgot my handicap decal and was instructed to park on the other side across from the handicap spot and building. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just let me park in the handicap spot but i did as requested and parked one the other side. After parking i stepped out of my vehicle i stepped in a hole covered by grass and re-injured my foot/ankle and almost fell over. I let the staff on duty know what happened and they had the manager offer to give me a discount on my room. I found that insulting and told them that I didn’t tell them what happened to get my room for free or a discount. I asked what the next step is and all the Manager said was “this has never happened before so idk”. No i have to go see more doctors at a time when i just started to get relief. I called and spoke with an employee and asked her if the manager Pete was in and to ask him how i can reach corporate. NO ONE HAS EVEN REACHED OUT. I will be taking action. If you are handicapped or disabled be careful always but even more so at this property.

The rooms are disgusting, broken pieces of wood all over. Suspicious men hanging around. Room nasty and dirty

The halls smelled of Marijuana. The breakfast was just okay.

room i got was infested in roaches not even 30 mins into getting situated into our room roaches started crawling out of drawers, microwave, refrigerator

The smell down the hallway as well as in the room it just smelled like illegal smoking was going on prior plus the bathroom was never washed so.eone who was there before left a used dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod also used soap and a tissue above the toilet, the bed sheets had many stains some being very big and yellow and there was a very sticky spot on the rug that my shoes would stick to,there was a really old rotten banana peel behind the tv stand then for breakfast my family and I saw a roach crawinh in the bread cabinet and then on the wall. Asked for a refund because of how horrible the stay was a d the staff said because we didn't ask within the first 15min of checking in they can not issue me a refund but there was no said policy shown to me. I put in a request with the manager and will wait and see,but I defiantly will not stay here again. I do not like to leave reviews but being a housekeeper in the past for many year as well as .t sister as a .manager of hohskeepung,this was very unacceptable.

Spotted roaches on night 1.

Rooms were not clean. shower was broken in the wall, roaches all over the hotel room, and shower walls were very dirty.

Place had roaches in the first room then I changed rooms and that room had roaches. Couldn't eat breakfast after seeing that just a bad experiences

I didnt realize we needed a cash deposit upon arrival and while there was an atm in the lot next door they didnt have one on the premises.

Room was not clean I saw a roach on the wall bathroom needs work done
