The mold creeped me out

The breakfast was great

Cons:

The first room they gave us had visible black mold growing in the corner of the room. It seemed the whole 3rd floor corridor had a moldy ceiling. We asked for a different room and they gave us one, but though it had no visible mold, it had a bad smell. We thought about finding another hotel but were exhausted from the long drive and it was getting late, so we stayed in the bad smelling room. Also, the elevator was broken and sometimes wouldn't go up, which was another annoyance. The breakfast was great, but not worth sleeping in a smelly room and mold can cause serious health issues.

Will never book this property or any other Laquinta again
Pros:

I didn’t even get to check in they canceled my reservation after I called to notify that my arrival time would be after check in time, saying that other people needed reservations.
