It was decent but could improve with fixing the elevator faster.

I liked the location and comfortable bed

Cons:

I didn’t enjoy the elevator being down. I had to take stairs. Also, I wasn’t aware breakfast ended at 9am so missed out. I had to buy my own breakfast instead.

It was just ok, not great!
Pros:

Room was nice and bed very comfortable.
Shower was good and plenty of towels and toiletries.

Cons:

There was no information about breakfast offered.
Nothing to explain or tell what’s available at the hotel.
The elevators didn’t work. I had to use the stairs to get to my room!
No tv guide and anything to direct you.

The bed

Cons:

I did not like the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. I had to cover the gap under the door to prevent the smell from coming in the room. Also I didn’t not like the fact that my key card didn’t not work most of the time. I had to go to the front desk and have it activate it.

Not worth my money.
Cons:

Kitchen staff barely spoke English, & didn’t have cooking spray so the waffles kept sticking to the iron.

My room had small ants on the walls, bathroom sink and in the bed!

I got to rest, but it would cost

The bed was comfortable. The pillows were fluffy.

The amenities were closed. The elevator was broken. I had to walk up three flights of stairs. I’m disabled. It was not worth it.

I have been here many times but kids in the hallway loud in front of my door, parents let their kids touch the breakfast food with their bare hands, and being on the third floor i didn't like.
