Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice clean hotel. Friendly front desk.

Cons:

They accidentally charged me an extra $50 pet fee but the hotel manager Kim took good care of it and made it right.

The stay was survivable for one night.

Cons:

Smell of room. Animal oder and or remnants of cigarettes being smoked in the room. Also wondered how clean the room was. And bathtub looked old and grungy, no plug for bathtub and too iffy to take a bath anyway.

If they had friendlier staff it would be a lot better!
Pros:

I like the property and how clean it was!

Cons:

The staff were rude and the cleaning lady tried to come into our room before check out! She didn’t even knock just opened up the door. Checking in, the guy was very rude. Checking out the lady was a lot nicer.

Pros:

Organized….good desk attendant in a bad situation!

Cons:

My booking was screwed up by Booking.Com…I had booked for Friday and Saturday night and Booking changed it to Sunday and Monday. Although staff put me up in the best and only room they had it was for only one night. I’m still pissed off over them screwing up!!!

It was a quick stay and despite the unusual activity on the hotel grounds all was fine.
Cons:

There seemed to have been a few incidents happening upon check in. an ambulance with a gurney and then an arrest. I did not see the hotel attendant concerned so it felt like a possible normal experience?

The night time staff

Cons:

Being rushed ot of my room so housekeeping could clean. Being woken up by a housekeeper just walking in and the manager being rude about it all.
