The staff
Online booking was very easy, and I received a discount for booking online.
When I got to the hotel for check-in (just after 10pm), there was no staff member at the desk. I ran the bell 4 times and even called the hotel (front desk phone rang). My small children were tired and needing to settle for the night, so standing at the empty desk was frustrating.
No staff member ever came, so we ended up leaving and going to another hotel down the road.
1st floor
Access door to parking lot was open 24 /7 for any person to enter 24/7. 2nd floor to get ice. Charg 50.00 per night for a dog with out refund , chg me 50.00..never again!

I didn't like it at all.👎🏻
It wasn't clean, The heater was also broken and very noisy, the shower was not good because the water flow was very low. there was no breakfast, they told me that the $150 deposit would be refunded in 2-3 business days and they didn't even bother me. They are lying, don't trust them!

Pool water was cold. When mentioned to the front desk they said they were aware of this. Said they were waiting for a part to fix pool heater. Why was this not disclosed when we checked in? We specifically chose a hotel with a pool so our grandson could go swimming. Very disappointed.
The heater in our room was so hot we had to turn it off because we couldn't;t sleep because it was like an oven in your room. We also told the front desk about this. They didn't offer a reduction in room charge or even a coupon or or voucher for any future visits.
