The location was perfect for us. The room was quiet and adequate. We did not eat breakfast.

Cons:

The TV did not work and the heat could not be adjusted. The room and bathroom were not cleaned and the linen not changed even though we always requested service the night before. The printer in the lobby was out of service.

The upgraded beds were nice and comfy and the staff are awesome

We have stayed here multiple times and we've never had so many issues and things weren't so bad!
The pool tiles are breaking more, the bathroom in the room need to be caulked and the toilet my husband had to fix cause the handle was put together wrong; it was not flushing correctly and kept running, plus the chain fell off which is how we discovered it all. The sheets and bedding were disgusting..with big yellow spots and black marks.. staff gave us new linens and they were also covered in yellow spots. (I have pictures)!! We ended up sleeping with our own blankets.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfy. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

The hot tub was kind of dirty. It had lots of hair and other things floating in it.

Pros:

The heated pool was actually heated and a nice size. The hot tub was a great size as well. Breakfast had a great variety.

Cons:

When we checked in, the room didn't match the description of sleeping 5 people and it didn't have a pull out couch. The staff allowed me to switch rooms luckily for no extra charge. Only 1 elevator in front of the hotel. Elevator smelled funky.
