The vents need to WORK in the bathroom so the place isn't so musty!

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The room smelled very musty and damp. I requested transportation to concert and back and it said it was accepted. When I registered they said shuttle was full even though I requested it for me and my daughter. Sucked!

It was a horrible experience and I will make sure I won’t visit this location again

It was close to the children’s hospital

Cons:

I didn’t like that the bar was not a bar. It was a young lady serving drinks behind the desk the manager could’ve been a little bit more pleasant. Upon my arrival. The breakfast was horrible the next morning everything was ice cold not many selections no orange juice, coffee tea everything cold ask the manager he told me he will let the attendant know proceed to go into his office and close the door. I sat there 20 minutes at the breakfast area. No one came. No one refill any items sold at 8 o’clock in the morning. I decided to check out and leave.
